23/7/2015 09:55 | Yes he took them - no he didnt pay cash for them as they were in lieu of his Flybrid buyout!!!!! | thanksamillion
23/7/2015 09:00 | John Hilton took 50 million shares in the placing/oo. Quite a show of confidence. | puffintickler
22/7/2015 17:53 | This exercise is going to see the PI's diluted and more investor power go to the insti's. Not that the PI's had any influence anyway. The new chap gets to have his chance at making a name for himself by turning this dog into a decent business. Good luck to him, he certainly cannot be any worse than the last milker. | lefrene
22/7/2015 17:46 | Institutions have been buyers over sellers in the ratio 4 to 1 recently, so unless they're all wrong, Torotrak looks likely to be heading north going forward. I had considered selling, at least a part of my holding, but think I'll wait a while longer now, as something seems to be in the wind, and I don't think the big buys today signal a southward price movement, for sure. | andrewbaker
22/7/2015 15:18 | Is that the best you can come up with. | thanksamillion
22/7/2015 14:50 | I wonder how much 3 p upbeat posts have sucked in the PI's | cannyshoveyergrannyoffthebus
22/7/2015 13:17 | Why would anyone want to do that? | thanksamillion
22/7/2015 13:08 | AGM today anybody bothered going | tailback
22/7/2015 04:46 | aye, kens a likeable fella. im not into politics.you cant do politics and trk | bearable

20/7/2015 18:44 | ken Livingston | cannyshoveyergrannyoffthebus
20/7/2015 17:20 | H'mmm, Theresa May, or Boris. Who would you want in your corner? | lefrene
20/7/2015 16:03 | It is hardly Boris's fault that the battery technology does not work. Same for inadequate air-con. Are you a Teresa May/George Osborne fan by any chance? | willoicc
20/7/2015 16:00 | These buses will be an albatross around the neck of Boris's political career. Vastly expensive project that he screwed up. So no Boris island for his airport then , and no Boris for PM. probably not even capable of driving a bus for a living. | lefrene
20/7/2015 15:50 | Sounds like a good opportunity to get Kers in to boost power These buses were manufactured by Wrights of Ballymena, and TRK already have a relationship with them on Kers. TFL is in a mess, so what have they got to lose - potentially a real facesaver. | willoicc
20/7/2015 12:17 | Meanwhile back in Boris land his very expensive lecky hybrid buses are just running on diesel because of battery problems! Quel suprize. | lefrene
20/7/2015 12:08 | I agree, those sort of deals usually get leaked to the big boys and if such were in the offing the share price would be much higher. | lefrene
20/7/2015 11:11 | Lol the tooth fairy comes to mind . If that was the case the share price should be 30 p with less dilution. | cannyshoveyergrannyoffthebus
20/7/2015 10:55 | I have a suspicion, that maybe - just maybe, the signing of the agreement with a Tier-1 is simply being held up pending TRK receiving the proceeds of the offer and susequently being on a firmer financial footing going forward. If so the signing, and the RNS, may happen very shortly after the General Meeting this week. Now, wouldn't it be nice if the shares were suspended just before the announcement, for reason of "Pending formal notice of a significant Production Agreement". Who's out there skinnydipping???? | thanksamillion
18/7/2015 23:25 | agree the above let's you see how trk overpaid as the ivt was at the end of the road. | cannyshoveyergrannyoffthebus
18/7/2015 21:47 | Chances of winning 0 Chances of keeping the directors in a job for more than 2 years 0 Still they should live well on the new money - fly wheels - fly off with mugs money. | lady liz
18/7/2015 11:40 | I sold a wagon load at around 6.95 a fortnight ago, giving me cash to pass over to ISA[s]. Intended buying back at 7 from the offer if the share price were to rise in the mean time, then sell a few for a small profit. It didn't. In the end I have opted to pick up perhaps 5% of the shares offered to me in the funding, holding on to the remaining cash. So if they do fall further as suggested they might by Sourhills, I will be happi[er] than I would otherwise have been. If they rise I will be happy. Difficult to judge which way these will go, relief at the funding being passed might just give them a boost, on the other hand we simply dont know what is going on in the background re institutional and other big market players, and it is what they plan to do post offer that will decide which way the chart goes. Edit. - All in the absence of news of course. I currently have most of my TRK in ISa's, now they are out of the tax system I might consider more trading in future. | thanksamillion |
