Need to see a significant personal investment and we will see a very significant rise in share price This guy hasn't taken on this role to earn pennies. Big plans and I hope current shareholders don't get fleeced (I hold). It's ok to raise capital if it's going to add value and options will undoubtedly play a part but there's nothing better for the share price than executive directors having skin in the game.
