More Diltuion coming post AGM

1. To receive, consider and adopt the reports of the Directors and Auditors and the Financial
Statements for the year ended 30 September 2021.
2. To re-appoint Price Bailey LLP as independent auditors of the Company to hold office from the conclusion of this meeting until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting.
3. To authorise the Directors of the Company to agree the remuneration of the auditors.
4. To re-elect Richard Horsman as a Director of the Company
5. To re-elect Andrew Hollingworth as a Director of the Company.
6. To re-elect Kevin Lawrence as a Director of the Company.
7. To re-elect Paul White as a Director of the Company.
8. That the Directors be generally and unconditionally authorised pursuant to Section 551 of the Companies Act 2006 (the Act) to allot shares in the Company or grant rights to subscribe for or to convert any security into shares in the Company (Rights) up to an aggregate nominal amount of £429,270 (£207,006 of which represents the balance of the authority that was granted at the Company’s General Meeting on 17th February 2020 and renewed at the Company’s 2021 AGM following the acquisition of DMSL, and £74,456 of which relates to warrants that have yet to be issued in respect of placings that were completed in October 2020 and December 2021) provided that this authority shall, unless previously revoked or varied by the Company in general meeting, expire at the conclusion of the next annual general meeting of the Company following the date of the passing of this resolution or (if earlier) 15 months from the date of passing this resolution, but so that the directors may before such expiry make an offer or agreement which would or might require relevant securities to be allotted after such expiry and the directors may allot relevant securities in pursuance of that
offer or agreement as if the authority hereby conferred had not expired. This authority is in substitution for all previous authorities conferred on the Directors in accordance with section 551 of the 2006 Act.

9.1. the allotment (otherwise than pursuant to paragraph 7.1 above) of equity securities up to an aggregate nominal amount of £429,270.

Had such high hopes for TOOP with such encouraging rhetoric from the board.
But sayings like 'talk is cheap' and 'full of hot air' now come to mind.
This has truly been a 'pump' & 'dump' stock.

The thing is why would BT partner a sub standard company.

Today. Toople (TOOP) a sub-standard listed company which I have warned about many times, published its results for the year ended 30 September 2021. The company made a loss before tax of £1,280,950 on turnover of £3,012,936. The real concern is the fall in revenues when the comparatives included only 7 and a 1/2 months from DMS Holdings Limited showing that the “core” Toople business once all its non-paying customers were removed had a massive slump in revenue...

No one said I was up, but no one ever said every share rockets away, you only hear the winning ones from most which is a classic gambling red alert to anyone, which is why I say BET what you can loose, and additionally to spread it, and if any thing else bothers you, you shouldn't invest, but again, thanks for your words.
