They must be still losing around 100k a month if these loans are to get them through from now until the cash is received from next share issue once it's approved at the AGM. So £2.5M or so needs to be raised by December. The future's so bright, I've gotta wear shades.

That's also the point - it should be on AIM instead of what is an AIM company pretending it's a 'real' business and paying premium listings which it can't afford.

Non dilutive only if they hold until Jan next year, which they obviously won't given how this is structured. New shares issued at a discount of over 60% (factoring in the warrants) sometime within the next 9 months of the lenders' choosing. Very nice - for them.

The loans have an interest rate of 10% and fall due in January 2023, can be converted at any time at the lenders' election at the rate of 125% of the loan amount converted with a 10% discount of the average of the two lowest Volume Weighted Average Prices in respect of Ordinary Shares during the 20 business days immediately preceding the date of the Conversion Notice. In addition, lenders will receive warrants equal to 100% of the number of ordinary shares issued at conversion exercisable at the conversion price anytime up until 28 March 2024."

The loan converts into shares @ £390K (125%) AND an equivalent number of warrants; and yet Andy Hollingworth CEO commented: "This non-dilutive funding..."
