End of a pretty chastening week for shareholders.

The next opportunity to froth up a bit of activity will be the hearings, but as anyone on this thread will tell you, in the long run it is irrelevant. The die is cast.

Thaks Busa. After multiple readings I think you're correct. It confirms 28th June for the hearing where both sides can put their arguments and responses and hopefully get this cleared up once and for all.

The Utah Board of Oil, Gas and Mining, having fully considered the Joint Motion of Heavy Sweet Oil, LLC and AC Oil, LLC, Hoodoo Mining & Production Company, LLC, and the Utah Division of Oil, Gas and Mining for a Continuance filed on June 2, 2023, and finding good cause therefor, hereby grants said Motion, continues the hearing on this cause to June 28, 2023 and amends the briefing schedule to: i) cancel the June 7, 2023 pre-hearing conference; ii) set June 21, 2023 as the date for filing Hoodoo’s response to the motion to strike and for filing rebuttal exhibits
to HSO’s supplemental exhibits and; iii) set June 21, 2023 as the due date for filing the Division’s response to HSO’s Request for Agency Action. In the event that the Board requests a hearing on the merits, all parties’ additional rebuttal exhibits are due by August 11, 2023 if the hearing is set for August 23, 2023 or are due two weeks prior to a hearing on the merits scheduled prior to August
23, 2023; and the Division’s supplemental response to the request for agency action is due one week after filing of the additional rebuttal exhibits.

For all purposes, the Chairman’s signature on an electronic version or a faxed copy of this Order shall be deemed the equivalent of a signed original.

It's always been Greenfield's intention to mine it, use the solvent process to extract the oil, then sell the oil and the cleaned up sand.
And who would be mad enough to back that, they cant even raise the cash to buy the site let alone build a plant at 200 mill

Haggis has the audacity to ask someone to stick to the subject then introduces no understanding of the situation.
TD don't forget that the owner of CORT Petroteq is suspended as it has not filed accounts , is leaving the stock exchange and has lost exec directors who clearly see no future.

Also the previous owners of TSHII tried very similar tech - failed and lost over $100m

haggis - TOM has just needed to "finalise due diligence " for what 2 years now ?
its irrelevant no one has a reason to touch them except Novum whom it appears are effectively being paid to short a share that is dropping as they sell it.
