You can’t blame anyone for believing the stories told from the top. The blame lies firmly at the top where these stories originated from. Yet the storytellers remain in position.

I very much doubt anyone now believes anything that dribbles down from the top. And those at the top know full well they have to answer to nothing or nobody.

The end of June is approaching when the TS2 land can be marketed to others. Imo this date is critical to tomco and if there is still no funding announcement then it could be a disaster.

Just awaiting the next spike too .025. Will funding come ?

So over the last month TOM has fallen from 0.0018p to 0.0008. There is very little evidence of new shareholders buying into the narrative and trading appears to be focussed on existing shareholders. That the share price is 0.0008p is testament to the tenacity of the existing shareholder base.

Existing shareholders could have done worse than read Fenners posts who gave a quick and clear warning about the put option when it was raised.

TOM and Novum realised that even the shareholders finally woke up to the reality of what the RNS meant so a change of tactics was required. Up pops the placings RNS. Many shareholders read into the RNS that the shares had been placed, but that is far from clear. As ever with TOM's RNS's the key details are contained in indirect references.

It does raise the question of how Novum have managed to migrate from "an unsecured committed facility of up to GBP1,000,000 via a convertible loan note instrument and associated subscription and put option agreement" which persuaded the auditors to sign off the accounts, to an arrangement raising £500k in which Novum has the right to withdraw should TOM not meet the required undefined warranties.

I suspect that there is sufficient cash in the company to maintain a going concern, which is the auditors off the hook. Going concern appears now to mean no more than pay the salaries and remuneration of the Board.

For the shareholders going concern means that there is now a time limited window in which they cross fingers and hope that the nice Steve Byle pulls his finger out and demonstrates that the novel drilling methodology works.

No, it’s all your fault! As if anyone would believe that with 3 billion shares total can be influenced by the odd few shares million here or there. Unbelievable.

I dont believe the large holders have taken the shares. I think it is novum client’s looking for a quick turn. Yes some will hold but as ever, not many. You can now see they are being flipped, some will have taken part simply to keep the co going and will be happy to break even.

I do believe there will be a spike at some point. There has to be another bit to the story which will make that happen. I will be out as and when I get even. I will be adding again tomorrow at this level and will wait for my chance to run.

The only chance of me changing my mind is a funding announcement. But I doubt it will come. More likely it will be permits for drilling, hoodoo being chucked out or if you are right, a few tr1’s that will make it run a bit.

Possibly, but I don't know how large shareholders which are probably predominantly private investors can forward sell shares that are yet to be placed. Thats beyond my knowledge

All we need to know now is how many of the 625m are going to be flipped. At present there is no profit for the flippers.

People can moan about the dilution, but in reality, what difference does it make?

The way I look at it is, if I had a target of 10p for TOM stock, then the 20.7% dilution just makes my target 7.93p instead of 10p.

That is still upside of 88x the closing bid of 0.09p I could have sold at yesterday, and slightly more if you buy at 0.088p today.

I'll continue taking the risk, as I feel that if there was little or no confidence in the finance coming through, NOBODY would take a placing, but they just did, go figure!

Made me laugh!
