My bottom end estimation (on a 15% free carry) of £250m market cap would equate to 9.5p per share.

My top end estimation (on a 15% free carry) of £300m market cap would equate to 11.4p per share.

I don't think it will settle at 0.008p either, more of a steady rise as we get news and what a news flow we should get.

Should funding be achieved and unlock Utah then there's no way the share price will settle at 0.008p or a market cap of £16m

Just a general rule cs - the detail on the RNS will pave the way. The thing I expect the rule is saying is that it should be a gift that keeps on giving.

I read somewhere once, as a general rule, that for an exploration company the share price will double on funding being announced, double again when drilling starts and then depending what is produced/available sky the limit.

All depends how good the deal and what figures are involved Ducky, and also can Tomco actually put out an rns that does not leave us with a billion questions unanswered.

We have rough idea of what is going on behind the scenes, hopefully in the coming days things will become clear. When we are hoping that the price is past half a penny before we get news it tells its own story about Tomco.

I have bought more this week, more than i was actually intending and some will be for a quick trade. I always wanted Tomco to go it alone, source funding, and bring in the huge rewards of developing TS11 on their own. However now i can accept that Tomco's future safety through a free ride deal will on its own trigger a big share price reaction. $50 to 60 million income with absolutely no lay out at all, will send the mcap way up.

Its what Tomco do with this revenue that intrigues me. Return it to shareholders would also bring a share price rise alone, plus the dividend.

For about the 5th week in a row, i shall be glued to my phone at 7am waiting for the rns signal on the monitor.

lets see what this week brings Ducky, i think you might have a nice surprise

Ducky, I saw that action on vast.

Imo, IF we get funding which leaves us with 10%+ free carry and some cash to get us through to production then the share price will make it to at least 3p pretty quick imo.

There will be no more cash required from tomco so no placings, and IF they get the near term drills into production and start constructing the new 3000 bopd plant then the share price could go crazy. Don’t want to put a number on that as it’s bonkers.

Let’s say we get 15% free carry, 2x plants producing 3000 bopd, that would be 900 bopd (or bitumen) plus the wells.

But just the 900 bopd at $70/barrel is $19m per yr (300 days production). No debt, $19m per yr plus drills = Sp ???

All ifs though. No funding yet !

Well we will get our RNS either this coming week plus a few days the following week or we are screwed / get another extension aka being screwed.

I have been wondering what will happen to our share price when we do get this RNS. Be honest hasn't everyone.

I have a company called VAST on my watchlist. VAST is a dodgy diamond exploration company. They have announced that a parcel of diamonds is to be returned to them.
Not sure how significant a deal that is. TOMco's news should be a lot better. Although TOMco do screw up their RNS's.

What has VAST got to do with TOMco ? .. well not a lot really other than they have a similar number of shares in issue. Around 1.5 billion and they are a similar share price.

When VAST's RNS came out about a week ago their Share price was a historic low of 0.2p and over the past week has been as high as 0.9p. TOMco is also at a historic low of 0.37p .. yes I know it was 0.31p recently.

There has been an incredible amount of shares traded in VAST. On one day there was over 2 billion shares going through the books.

It has been interesting to see the trading patterns and to try and work out how TOMco will be traded if we get this RNS.

Something similar in TOMco and we might get to 1.5p / 2p before falling back to the 1p mark in the very short term.

Been waiting a long time for that Damac. Hopefully we will see it within the next 8 days to allow the notice time for the GM before end feb.
