Greenfield have to give a notice to TshII of the intention to complete on the remaining 90% by the 28th feb at the latest.

We need 14 days clear notice for the gm. So that would be the 27th at the latest meaning the 13th feb is the deadline for the rns calling the gm. That is assuming weekends are included in the 14 days. If it is just work days then it would be the 9th feb.

Why ?
Valkor bought their own acreage already at 240x LESS per acre !

This has been known for years.
Valkor exited the Greenfield JV so they could operate at arms length - so they had no more commitment to the JV

Lots of chatter by the gamblers about how that would be in return for 30% of TOM - but we said (now years ago) that was not going to happen as TOM would never raise the now $200m required for a CORT plant , remember even if you hold on to the fantasy this will happen one day , there was a time limit .... (3 years if memory serves).

Valkor have more than enough to do without trying to massively overpay for TSHII for TOM.......

and TOM cannot even repay the about $1.5m they still owe, (rolled up charges and interest ! ) let alone ever get anywhere near $16m +28% pa !!

Haha Wilson, no look at the other thread. I have never seen anything like it. No news and loads of existing shareholders with fingers on the buzzers buying and posting.

Anyway it will all die back. Very unlikely that the EGM 21 days requirement will be met in time for 28 Feb because it would not be in the interest of a third party to offer a free carry until they can smell the flesh burning. That will be beyond 28 Feb when the next extension will be announced.

1.427 percent of the issued stock traded today, up over 6%, doesn't look like a seller is running the show.

Could be a big buyer, possibly even the same buyer that bought 3 x $40k chunks recently. It's certainly not damaging the share price even on this low volume day, so I'd put my money on it being a buy order.
