The Petroteq offer is getting better and better, as the only company with a multi site licence to use the tech Tomco should see a very nice rise imo.

Greenfield in which Tomco owns 50% are sat on a very valuable licence. I can see the buyer of Petroteq turning its attention to Greenfield once the Petroteq deal is complete

Why offer such a massive premium for Petroteq to then have little old Tommy running around securing leases in Utah with its multi site licence to then bring in an oil major to finance it all? Makes no sense. I think whoever is buying Petroteq will then take us out .

Long term for me toOnce they have the 5000 bopd plant up and running,then they will add another 5000 bopd plant or build the 10,000 bopd . Think with the income that it will be making, there could be a dividend paid, or the company will be taken out, The bigger the offer petroteq the better for little old Tom.

But it is a long term hold for me and short term share price rises are pretty cool but is
really irrelevant.

By long term I am talking 18 months and then have a look-see. DF

Considering today's closing share price and its market capital which is cheap, would I be mistaken to believe the company hasn't diluted it's shares?

Greenfield can exercise its right to acquire an initial 10% of the Membership Interests for cash consideration of US$2 million (against which the deposit shall be credited) on or before 1 September 2021…..

Max 3 weeks before this news drops which means they will be confident of the full plant funding.

DF. It can take years to list a company. SB would not be interested. Reversing into TOM
Then passporting to the TSX would be the answer. With an American Board. They may have something even more exotic lined up for us.

Steve Byle would lose control .. Valkor is a private company and so is Greenfield.

I assume you sold your CRCL.

I find it interesting, that to a certain extent, you can in the very short term, control the direction of a share price.

I'm sure your buying was the catalyst for our rise today.

Despite what some say on the last number of occasions i have been in it has been at a higher price then my buys.

I am living in hope that FINALLY we are about to get some really nice news.

I am hoping for the results of the USA OIL MAJOR test on the oil.
We know we will soon get the MSAR trail results (which will increase the profit per barrel).
We know we are due news on securing the first 10% of tar sands and so securing the right to the other 90%.
We expect to hear about financing. ( we would not secure the 10% without knowing financing the plant is sorted).

We have a project value in the hundreds of millions of $$ with a market cap under £10m.

It would take an extraordinary effort to balls this up now.

We have third party verification of the system that produces oil at a net $10 per barrel production cost based on $12 per barrel for the frac sand (which will be higher).

I mean from here what could they mess up?

Even if they have to give up half of their 50% in greenfield it is still incredible numbers for TOM based on just 1 plant. Work it out.

5000 bopd 25% to TOM, 1250 x $50 profit = $62,500 per day or $1.875m per month profit. So to me it would be worth it. No debt dont forget that.

If they go with debt and hang on to 50% basically double the numbers above and deduct finance payments. That would be even more incredible but I am trying to be realistic and airing on the side that someone far bigger then TOM will want in now the 3rd party verification is complete.

This USA Oil Refinery result could be a massive value point too.
