Are Petroteq trying to stop the takeover by dilution, forcing the buyer to to up the hostility.
I think the buyer will counter with a hard hitting offer in USA and Canada

Yes that was to be shipped to major oil company week commencing 9th July, so we could get news on that in the next couple of weeks,

I do not see with all this publicity around Petroteq, Greenfield must be on a few companies radars.

The President of Petroteq is from the Esso BOD, strong Board presence. I wonder if the inhabitants of Drone City in London have thought of asking Tony Hayward to join the BOD as President? You will need a real heavyweight to get into negotiations if there is an offer or take-over bid. I don’t see anyone there at the moment, capable of that.
