Discounted cash flow (DCF) is a valuation method used to estimate the value of an investment based on its expected future cash flows. DCF analysis attempts to figure out the value of an investment today, based on projections of how much money it will generate in the future.

Soon, lol.

Joking aside, Valkor/Tomco/Greenfield have never put a date against it.

My personal theory is that if they go ahead and purchase the initial 10% on the Tar Sands II land deal by the 1st September then it is a good indicator that they have agreement in principle for the follow on funding. My theory is based on why would you pay out $1.8M on 10% of TS2 if you didn’t yet have an agreement in principle for the follow on funding?

I said the ex director dissapearing of the dark side was due to good news coming. So now they have Quadrise testing next week, a new video out, new valuation, oil production at $10 a barrel and an Oil Major in USA testing the oil.

No doubt the QFI system will again increase the sale price of the oil and we will get another re valauation. mmm, all bubbling up?

$10 is based on a 5000bopd, It was mentioned a 10000 bopd would lower the bopd price,

Applying the new assumptions, our DCF comes out at US$433mln, compared with US$251mln previously. The following table summarises. That's a 70% increase

Based on our calculation for the sale of sand from fracking, we arrive at a value of US$11.80 of sand by-product per barrel, being US$16.80 gross value of sand, net of US$5 transportation cost. We treat the US
$11.80 as an item to be netted off the process production cost, meaning the process produces diesel and asphalt at a net cost of US$10.20 per barrel.

excellent stuff, but... as always with tom

Although it is not possible to give a per-share valuation until the financing structure has been determined, we argue that any reasonable financing structure would offer significant share price upside potential compared to the current level which represents a market cap of £7.5mln.

all good, but imo until we hear about the finance will it move?
