This is the good thing with the 3rd party verification there are lots of options as was said in todays video. I would imagine there will be a number of interested parties.

My money is still with the entity that is trying to take out petroteq. They would want full control and Greenfield have the only multi plant licence in existence. With one 5000 bopd plant up and running they can go and build another straight way with the profits. At $50 per barrel profit that is $7.5m per month or $90m per yr. Firstly that would easily add the second train to go to 10,000 bopd, then you have $180m per yr profits which is basically 1 new 5000 bopd plant every 8 months or so.

Once they get the first financing over the line this will be like dominos. Like DAMAC says, if they sign off the $1.8m to secure the tar sands deal it means they have the finance and then all hell breaks loose on the share price

Be careful. Price fluffing before the placing. Happens every time just a few days before they dump millions of shares on the market. May get it to 0.7p and then place @0.5p. You have been warned!

Yes, anything is possible, except a placing. I wonder if the major US oil company requested the oil samples to see for themselves the quality of the oil, before putting up some cash?

Maybe, But I could easily see a third equity holder in Greenfield for the financing.

It would be massive for TOM. Even if the have to go down to 33%. 1/3rd of 5000 bopd with no debt.

I don’t think so rmart, that outfit is looking to own a share of the company. I think it will be a Texas bank used by Valkor,that finance oil companies in the region.

I may be wrong, but i am thinking whoever the bidder for petroteq is could very well be the same entity that comes into Greenfield with the plant finance.

Once the financing is RNS'd we need a nice broker note ...detailing the juicy future cash flows , the potential NPV and an indicative share price range ..and that will be just on one plant

The unknown factor for us and a bidder is what is the premium for the licence for multiple sites

And at that stage will the controlling interests go for a sale or hold on for the cash flows

That will depend on the premium the bidder is willing to pay

These numbers are / will be / should be far in excess of 1 p !!

Let's just hope the Board / controlling interests set their sights high
