Ace will buy as many as his dss money will get him, he had sold for his weeks shopping at Lidl, but his latest cheque came yesterday so he will miss his tennents lager tomorrow and buy again. :-)

He buys small amounts and then tries to get everyone else to buy so he can make his £50 shopping money, then he disappears, lol.

So surely this is a situation NOW where Groat and his colleagues should be less concerned WITH their options and focus exclusively on the security of and future prospects FOR the considerable investment of investors' monies which they have sanctioned in the 50% interest in Greenfield. If there is any doubt in their minds, an experienced specialist lawyer should be appointed to assess the position.

Investors may have to face the fact that in certain circumstances TOM is valueless apart from what's in the tin.
BOD need to take expert advice now to advise on present and future values under what ifs bases.
Investors need assurance that all reasonable due diligence preventative measures have been taken and that the Directors have not been negligent in so far as US END IS CONCERNED which many will tell you is high risk.
This also comes back to the query about Kirchner. Why did he push off so suddenly? What was he concerned about???
