They choose the day for warrant price when they dropped the share price by a pathetic rns, by 13%.

With the Directors' skills do you really think the company will exist as is in 18 months ?

With the regular board changes that have occurred, Is it likely that any of them will be around in 6 months.

Speak with JP who is closest to Valkor. He may some interesting views on the future strategy.

Finally don't forget directors' payoffs. Better than options?

Seriously though, if we are supposed to be in production at 5000 bopd in 12-18 months why give yourself 10years to take the options? It seems totally ridiculous.

All they have done is to pull the share price down. Watch the share price today. They should be getting salary cuts , and reward based on the share price I am disgusted at their callow greed.

Callow:- Someone, who is callow behaves in a way that shows they have little experience, confidence, or judgment:

Great word that sums them up.

The only positive thing you can take is confidence in all of Valkor’s work.

Incidently, what is the CEO’S salary?

Just a bunch of self-serving crooks.

Roll on the AGM. Do we get a chance to vote on these options?

Options availability would have been passed in a previous AGM.
We need to vote against further option in the future AGM as I am sure they will want to add another chunk to the pot.

Well my take on it, they may as well have used all the options and they would have double the incentive.

They seem to be taking the shareholders for mugs, only looking after themselves!!!!

Unbelievable. Never have so many options been awarded to such a bunch of lousy, nay stupid directors who have driven the price down, and achieved nothing, because not one of them knows how to write an rns. All the hard work has been done by Valkor in Greenfield.

Who awards the options? If shareholders have a chance to vote, they should deny them as no reward for incompetence, and lack of ability.

In addition, a further 5,000,000 Options were granted to an employee of the Company
Who was this, mot likely the person who has to clean up the mess they all leave behind.

Like another posted, why not show some conviction in the company and do the options at
1p or even at the last warrant price.
Also they still have not hit 250 bpd

To bother to have the options in place, this early means they do believe success is possible / probable / likely.

The oil and gas industry’s tumultuous 2021: what does it mean for small caps ask @TMSreach

Well i suppose having options is one thing, being able to pay for them another.
So we bast keep the share price down
