If anyone should be scolded it is the directors for setting the option bar so low. They write their own epitaphs which is great!

The tone of rns's from here on in will change for the better. You cannot beat the aim corruption, you just have to roll with it. This will now go back to 0.8 - 0.9 area and then the bod will become very pr0 active and the share price will rise further bringing in the warrant money.

Mark my words. Its a trade and will probably 2 bag from here.

Too many so called expert investors on here giving advice to others. The information skant as it is from TOM is poor. Investors then superimpose their dreams on this and look as the result. That is why the directors know the investors have little understanding and watch as investors mislead each other.
Don't forget the board consists of chartered accountants whose arrogance anables them to chuckle at the nonsense assuming they read it which is highly improbable.
The pity is that it would seem many investors have poured fortunes into this folly and they now realise the dire situation. What happens if there is an exodus? For every loser there will be a gainer?

Despite (I'm sure) there being some completely sold on their prospects , on here , no one has answered ...

You just cannot see it! The game is over and no one with any sense will invest further in this folly.
Can you not understand that the board is inept - they don't risk their money so for heavens sake don't ask others to invest.
The company is in wait and see mode; this is the market shouting out loud and clear. Think!

As Damac has pointed out Tom only have to come up with 50 % of the 10 % initial land purchase payment , which is covered by funds to hand

The directors now have options at 0.54p ...it's in their interests to now drive the price forward

As the price goes up , currently issued warrants will provide additional cash flow , till we get to plant build / bank finance stage

As I pointed out before there are many ways to structure the plant finance

There won't be any more warrants issued in my opinion.

This is now a very good entry point or averaging down opportunity

So here investors are yet again, share price calmly descending to the good old .40ps.
Prospective placing of the order of .40p and continuing uncertainty, all of which the chairman spelled out in his third rate summary yesterday. How can the market look favourably on this mess of a company. If the directors show any savvy, they should hand this over to an expert receiver before any more money is wasted on fruitless outgoings and hapless management.
Of course were the chairman to admit defeat and go now, that could set in chain a series of events which might lead to a more fruitful future. It may be last in Mr Castro could be the man to take the bull by the horns and take a more proactive approach to turning this beast around. Perhaps Mr Castro should invite Mr Groat to go and devote more time to other business ventures.

One point further. The longer the directors remain, the more their individual records will be tarnished which is probably why Kirchner walked - with investors money of course.
Logically, looking at their other other jobs, TOM does not sit easily alongside the list of other companies so they would be advised to get out and let others take the blame for TOM. LET's see who walks first - possibly Castro - who was last in.
BUT and the big BUT if JP can infuse SB into TOM then investors could be in for a turnaround. However SB would want the non execs out so it is very much down to JP and his options may be well earned.

Because, for example, JP if he wants to buy his 45m share options then he needs to find £243,000 to pay for them. Plus the money would be tied up as would not look good if he bought and then sold soon after buying. So he would have to view any shares he buys as a long term investment. Of course if the company was taken over, then he would gain quicker, however, he would need to buy as many options before any T.O., is announced.

So he will be able to gradually buy the share options over the 10 year period.
