Shaunx,

I'd say it is traders being spooked by the 'subject to funding' rhetoric as they just dump and bag a profit before even bothering to try and understand how any funding will be achieved. Tomco can't change that mindset and neither can they not include the 'subject to funding' in the RNS as it's a fact. It is a dangerous road for any company to go down if they were to state they were going to do something without pointing out that finance will be required.

I'm not sure why people are spooked by 'funding' in the RNS. Most importantly it is no longer for R+D or covering costs and I doubt it will be by way of a placing. It will however position us as a partner in an Oil producing company with decent turnover and huge prospects.

Is that a misplaced or lazy cut/paste Quadrise comment from the Proactive article?

"The operation in Utah is part of a project that’s being advanced by the Greenfield Energy LLC joint venture company, which comprises Valkor LLC and TomCo. The pilot utilises a plant owned by Petroteq Energy and includes technology licenced from Quadrise Fuels International."

I was just wondering who these guys are and why they are in the RNS?. Maybe Greenfield are using these guys to raise the funds?

The land is not owned by them at all, it is owned by TSHII.

Yes, there is lots of kit there and I read somewhere its all mounted on skids to keep it modular and moveable. Surely the FEED must take this into account.

Dunno about the condition, of course.

The Site has existing infrastructure, plant and equipment, together with an existing Large Mine Permit No. M0470032,

Could be as with petroteq that an upgrade may be possible and be producing earlier than first thought and at less cost ???

Greenfield have given Quadrise a proviosionsl date for them to receive the samples.

With regards to initial quality of the oil produced at POSP, samples were tested at a Salt Lake City facility to confirm that the oil was:

1. A heavy sweet crude with a 13-14.5 API
2. Sulphur content between 0.2-.04%

The low Sulphur content means that the oil is already compliant with the IMO 2020 regulation and suitable for use as marine bunker fuel for which it can command a premium price.

The sample analysis enabled George Stapleton to announce the above oil qualities in a recent interview that can be heard via the link in the header of this thread.

Have Quadris now been pushed aside?

The equivalent of 4 barrels of oil for analysis in the Quadrise lab is either:

a. Still in the process of being consigned.
b. Still in transit to Quadrise (by boat).
c. Been received by Quadrise and undergoing analysis.

However, none of the above should be taken as an indicator that Greenfield will choose to move forward with MSAR after analysis of the samples.
