Just one query - who precisely is responsible for managing TOM AND GREENFIELD.
Is Rmart, JP or MG ie the very silent one.
If it is MG then there will be a placing soon - how soon?
Look back at his February statement and work it out.

Point 3 was in response to investors erroneously thinking that 'subject to funding' will mean a discounted placing in Tomco.

I agree with you and would also like to see a straight finance deal for Greenfield with none of their equity given up. From what I have heard, of the potential lenders ASKING to be involved, some are offering straight deals and others are asking for some equity in Greenfield. I trust them to make the best decision for Greenfield going forward.

Damac , your point 3 is a bit mute , if Greenfield gave up equity to a lender ,it would dilute the 50 50 split

Personally I wouldn't give up equity ...let's just get a straight loan on this brilliant , proven opportunity

Rmart your earlier figures only consider 250bopd. The actual figure with the updated process and equipment may be higher thus putting more in the pot for September;)
