If we stayed the extra 6 months would it delay our new plant by 6 months.

From the RNS....

“In addition, Valkor, on behalf of Greenfield, is currently in discussions with the landlord of the POSP site to seek an extension to Greenfield's lease for a further six months from 1 July 2021. Should an agreement be reached, Greenfield would then intend to continue operating the POSP for as long as necessary in order to provide an appropriate demonstration site for potential funders of the planned future commercial scale plants.”

That’s still to be determined Ducky. If suitable terms are agreed for the extension currently being discussed (as per the last RNS)they have 2 options, stay on POSP until the end of the year and generate some income. Or, if they have satisfied potential lenders by demonstrating the plant until the end of June, they could if they wish, just hand the keys back to PQE and go off and crack on with their own plans for their own site.

Just divide the 5000 bopd calculation fro the other day by 10 for the 500 bopd. Without scrolling back I think it would then be about $27k per day before any split, but then I would expect all money generated to stay within Greenfield for now. Unless Greenfield decided to payback some of its $2m loan from Tomco.

Whilst we are playing with numbers, has someone already calculated what it is worth to the share price for 6 months plant operation at 500 bpd if the plant is operating 24/7 with 50/50 split .

Will not be massive but every little helps alongside the landmarks over the next few months. Thanks

I'd like to see some pension funds buying our shares on the open market.

We are a green company which makes us more attractive.

Key now is to start tying up some leases

Assuming it all works to the 5000/10000 bopd and finance is available , it's the leases in the bank that are going to add share price value

Someone like BP could come in , pay a 50% premium on leases in Utah scooping up all those available , then turn to petrotech and greenfield and say ...want to play / talk

Hi damac .. warrants likely to be taken up .. under 1p ..

8m plus 4m plus 187m plus 388m plus 46m = 625 million shares likely to be cashed
if the share price goes over 1p.

The chairman is an entrepreneur and could already be steps ahead in finding purchasers for TOM's 50% interest in GF - which could explain the recent Board severance with one Director. Interesting times!

jaynealex,

Yes, Greenfield have a multi-site license which means that only royalty fees will be applicable to any plant built.

Damac , was I correct in stating Greenfield , because of its work to improve the IP , has a licence to use it on future plants at the cost of the 5% royalty fee only

Whereas Valkor has to pay 2m and the royalty fee on any plants built

And 3rd parties would have to negotiate their own deal.

Well DF ... Damac in post 19770 said he expects double digits share price on just the one lease

Greenfields ambition must be for multiple leases and plants

Let's hope there's more like me and Damac if a cheeky bid comes in

You have to grasp the numbers

Assuming we get our first lease , our first finance, build a plant and get the oil flowing !!. 5000 / 10,000 BOPD !!

As Damac said we shouldn't be entertaining or listening to any bids till we have our first plant flowing ...at 5000 / 10,000 bopd

What price then Ducky !!??
