Well Petroteq produced in excess of 250 a day with the original plant so with the updated kit and a greater understanding this should be a breeze now.

Damac, I only mention it as in all previous releases they state hitting 250 on a day shift and moving to a 500 on 24 hour shift.

It may be due to the fact 30th June is the end date for Greenfield at this time.
As awaiting to find out if the land owner will allow them a 6 month extension.

If the decision is taken by Greenfield to leave the POSP site at the end of June (assuming they have by then satisfied the potential lenders of finance), I would hope that they will want to maximise the oil and sand production/sales up to that point.

I think the mention of the 250 barrels in the RNS is there because that is the first figure everyone wants to see as being achieved. Once they achieve that it is just a case of keeping the plant running 24/7 to reach the higher numbers.

The joint venture is under the name of Greenfield and consists of Tomco & Valkor.

The only relevance to Petroteq is that Greenfield took on the management and operation (soon to expire at the end of June but may be extended to the end of the year) of the Petroteq POSP plant with the intention of upgrading the plant and proving the commerciality of a larger scale plant.

Is the plan now to run on one shift only as this was stated in the last release.

Further to the lifting of the Cessation Order on 25 May 2021 and resumption of operations at the POSP, the rate of production has been increasing such that Greenfield anticipates that it will shortly reach the targeted production level of 250 barrels of oil per day.

The interview will give us a better insight to what has gone on at the plant that belongs to Petroteq but being operated by Greenfield, owned 50/50 by Tomco and Valkor.
So I would say it will be worth while watching if you are interested in the tar sand proses.

Good posts Damac. Funding will be the big jump in sp, without a doubt. Then investors will realise that TOM/Greenfield will really be producing 10000 of clean oil a day from their own plant.

In the meantime, for initial gains in sp, producing and selling oil and sand will be a starter. Also a new BOD with aggressive, experienced, motivated directors owning shares in TOM might help. Also, a director like George Stapleton of PQE who is good at PR and a large stockholder in PQE would be part of the new team.

In my opinion, once those first 3 milestones are achieved it really will be game on and the continued existence of Tomco is massively de-risked.

When looking at the published feed study in conjunction with the anticipated production RNS, the penny will finally drop for many that the process really does work and the financial viability of a Greenfield owned plant is there.

When funding is secured it will be viewed as a massive indicator of confidence from financial backers that the project is on sound footing.

When the land deal is secured and people see the scale of mineable resource on the lease, numbers will be crunched with eye watering results. I expect a frenzy of people wanting to get in early though admittedly, many of them will be traders making quick bucks.

But it could also be achieved on the 250+ barrels in 12 shift RNS that is expected within a week, it just depends on how the market reacts. By all accounts, all 3 milestones above will be achieved by end of September (or earlier) so 1p (most likely more) by then at latest.

Ducky 1p I would say is good possibility for tomorrow. Momentum is cranking up here, if Ace is right and a curve ball is about to swing into play.. Then 1p could be 10p in the proverbial Blink of an Eye.

Great post by Damac next door.

His timetable of events should see the share price here move into the 3-5p region. Thats a 5-8 Bagger from todays measly 0.64p.

Although I have been critical of Tomcos Director.

I still am I think them half wits. If these Dummies can pull off with zippo intelligence an Oil producing plant. Think what New Directors with intelligence will be able to do.

Then we would be looking at 10p plus per share.. Not my Predicted 3-5p.
