feel for you vauch. That must have been a large hit. Hopefully you will do well elsewhere. |
Is that your sell showing as a buy . |
Well for the record I have sold half my holding. |
Always delay bad news as long as possible.
Interims will be out at the last second. |
Another 18m or so dumped.... |
still showing JP as ceo. |
Website back up now |
Just came across this, it's showing that Nelson gardens energy is a subsidiary of greenfield energy,https://www.google.com/search?q=greenfeild+energy+llc+subsitdery+companys&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&hl=en-gb&client=safari |
Website down, |
Jones et al would have stood in had they thought there was a chance. Essentially they have written off a lot of cash in pretty short order. |
Fenners66 May be SL and Damac are in discussions with the remaining Board - unless they jumped some time ago? No doubt Mr Jones will also on the hotline. |
Friday is not the day for an RNS so it is Monday, the last possible second.
Always delay bad news, but let us assume that the interims will 'buy' more time for heroic remuneration justifying actions which will inevitably fail. |
That was the one thing I wanted to avoid suggesting, especially at this dismal price. |
Or could it be a company forward selling for a placing rather than asking pi's to take part in a placing 🤔 |
20,000,000 at 0.026 lol |
Fenners would that be Annie "I'll be back" Little?
Re alleged shareholders and directors, that could be the reality but the Chairman cannot afford to ignore potential evidence of a CEO speaking to a shareholder on price sensitive issues. |
Will we ever see anything of the "investing expert" ...cough Stuart Little , again ? |
TD
A director alledgedly spoke to an alledged shareholder.
The same poster has made many unsubstantiated claims over the years - should we believe any that we read ?
I did my own research , years ago and over the period and decided these were uninvestable - quite contrary to any claims of the gamblers and deluded threads rampers, and look they were uninvestable...
How do you become a millionaire Tomco investor ?
Start out as a billionaire.....
I see their post as another last ditch attempt at a ramp .... |
Vauch is right on the movement, it is a sensible shareholder jumping ship. |
I suspect they are getting out, |
What is going on? Why did a Director of TOM speak to a shareholder about bonds - we know the implications of a bond and this is a very price sensitive issue. The Chairman of TOM needs to be investigating what was going on in this debacle of a company. No great surprises that the share price is tanking.
"goulding121526 Jun '24 - 08:16 - 31426 of 31430 0 0 0 I am completely appalled at how the directors treat their shareholders. It is not shareholders responsible for current share price. I and a friend have written to the Chairman. No reply
I was in contact with JP, a few days before his unfortunate death. He was going to London to meet the NOMAD, to see if he could send out a circular, as he was blocked from writing an RNS, until the Bond money was in TOM’s bank. So, it is not all the company’s fault. The interims should be interesting." |
Classic treeshake to let Torreaguas in on the cheap. Lucky sod! |
If you want to call an EGM, go ahead, but I can’t see it improving the situation. Plan it for after the interims. I wonder what the large shareholders are pondering at this sp? Mr Jones et al. |
