Oh no, can you believe it - testing the 5p level nowadays. And False Prophet Tidd, who used to inhabit the LSE board and was there to reply to absolutely every single person (good and bad) on any matter TOU related is now nowhere to be seen.
Rumour has it he is spending his day promoting Metal Tiger MTR, yet another gold plated AIM blue chip cannot fail and destined for shamazing success - trading at 1.75p.
Buyers beware - he is back at his work. Walking the walk; talking the talk and wanting you to jump on board. Blue sky; sky the limit; great news ahead; no free float; fantastic mgmt team; great partners; only a matter of time; you don’t want to be left behind when this starts to move....
Yup, heard it all before !!

Oh dear, the LSE kiddies are sounding rather disappointed. They want Tlou PR teammto step up - for goodness sake, Tlou PR was ridiculously active churning out RNS and interviews that said nothing new, were disingenuous in how they presented news and developments and future plans. That has come full circle on them - there is basically no news of consequence to share until Govt announce the awards under the RFP.
Without award, and when Current cash on hand starts to run out - what do you think happens next ?! Give you a clue - nothing good!

No idea where you are going with this Liartidd. The fund manager still holds Tlou shares on behalf of BPOPf - I know this coz there has been Zero (or just about zero) shares traded on BSE since listing there December 2017. They couldn’t sell even if they wanted to. So they are stuck here - but hey it may all come good sometime in the next decade ....

As I said, I haven’t posted on LSE for about a year. But matters not if you believe me. And yes exactly liartidd, well done. My point is, and I wish you could read, that when they bought, you said it wasn’t important. Now you think it is

It's not rocket science. If the pension scheme have kept the shares then we are still in business.

Why don't you use the same name as you do on lse Satsuma? Reason your 1 of the 2 low life that write B/S on lse every day. If you think the government run pension scheme in Botswana which bought 19million shares don't have them is not important. Then your quite simply a bigger D/H than I thought. Cheers buzzžzzz

Anyone remaining in bots for too long ends up brain dead. I haven’t been there in fair old while.
For sure I reckon Tlou has not developed in the way TG initially expected. No doubt he expected delays but not as bad as the nonsense we have seen in 2017 and this year. As I say, the elections next Sept have me fearful that proper progress will be enabled, meaning we could have more of the same sad slow sorry progress.
Apparently TG made a fortune selling Aussie CBM plays previously. Which naturally is funding his equity in Tlou. As I have said before, he raises money from ASX, then AIM, then BSE and spends how much of that on salaries for the Mgmt team? I suspect you will find a fair correlation between his salary taken and the additional equity he has topped up over the years. That way he will win the moral argument should shareholders get overly disgruntled with him or progress.
What else did you say - there is an awful lot of gas in the coal seams in Bots for sure. The good news is that it is still there. The bad news is the idiots there have phaffed around far far far too many years. We seem close at last - fingers crossed then. But I still think there is a twist and few turns yet before the party gets into full swing here.

Thank you for your comments, donkey40, which I will look into. I ask about your stake, because I have viewed BBs a bit, and so many people clearly pump their vested
financial interest, whether long or short. I too am interested in Tlou and CBM and Botswana, having had some small personal ties there. My initial investment was as part of the original venture fund-raising for Tlou Energy Pty Ltd, which occurred in Australia in 2009. So that was well before they got onto a formal exchange.
I just wonder if you are in Botswana, the people I knew there left some time ago, so my access to government thinking is no longer relevant.
I do believe there is plenty of CBM methane in place. I don't believe Tony Gilby would have put more of his money in this year otherwise. But getting it out in a reasonable timeframe, before burning through all the cash, is the question, and I agree the RFP is key.
I originally invested in the hope of improving, just a little bit, the environmental performance of southern Africa, aware of the then catastrophic performance of SA, but 9 years later I need to revisit this. I realise mining is not manufacturing. Another investment of this type is now 15 years old and old just getting to the boil. What is frustrating is feeling pretty confident about the geology, but being beholden to perhaps one or two bureaucrats.

Hello, donkey40, do you hold Tlou shares? I'd be interested as you seem pretty pessimistic. I have had some since before they were listed, but am trying to find out about current Botswana governance, as this is dragging on.

Of course they still hold them - a more interesting question is have any Tlou shares traded on BSE since listing. Remembering the idiot cheerleaders (Tidd, Buzz and others) saying this would really increase liquidity with shares porting from one exchange to the other. Duh them.

Let's get serious who gives a daffy what way they drill the holes. What I would like to know is have the Botswana pension scheme still got there 19 million shares in tlou? That's more important. Anybody with any knowledge about my question would be great.
