Yes Blisters - Tidd is AdrianB on H/C.

Must admit though, I think you might be a little of course with the good Dr. He makes a valid point that Govt will need to provide incentive or support to IPPs if additional feedstocks supplying power to BPC are to ever develop. BPC are already heavily dependent on Govt financial support for their own business efforts (something the good Dr needs to fix) so they have no bandwidth to subsidise development of gas or renewable feedstock suppliers.

Imo the single biggest acid test for the chances of CBM progress / acceptance will come with the willingness and nature of Govt underwriting any PPAs re the 100MW pilot projects. If the Govt won’t stand behind the market side (and there is history in Bots that they won’t), then major lending to facilitate development of CBM incountry simply will not happen.

Mind you, since Tlou have go no balls and are only going for 1, 2 skip a few up to maybe 10MWs, Govt could well laugh them out of the room cone negotiation time.

10MW power generation from an area the supposed size of Wales - it’s laughable really what the gullible souls will believe. Plus quite how they retain the PLs over Mamba and pay for all the exploration spend over the 3 years remains to be seen. But for now, the focus is on the huge area under lease - one core hole in a year plus, one rig en route, to drill Lesedi and then keep nipping to Mamba every so often to stick a pin every 1000km or so.

What these muppets are prepared to swallow is ‘enlightening’ !!

Facts. And here they are and the reason to sell TLOU tomorrow:

Botswana Daily News 20th March 2018: "Chief executive officer of Botswana Power Corporation (BPC) Dr Stefan Schwarzfischer says, BPC needs to work on the right energy mix, coal plus renewable energy. BPC will step into joint ventures for the establishment of new power plants. It will not cater for small power plants but will leave that for independent power producers. Government and BPC need to establish a subsidy framework for small power plants as they are not commercially viable,”

There you have it. The latest factual and relevant information on the future strategy for Botswana energy needs. No mention of CBM. No mention of Gas off takes. Plenty mention of Coal. Plenty mention of renewables.

There is no chance whatsoever of the Bots Government ever investing in CBM. It is all there in black and white. In my honest opinion only, investors invested here should sell now before you lose your money and potential investors should go elsewhere for real returns.

Donkey if you assume I am AdrianB you are still barking up the wrong tree.

That said I’ve just looked and all posts are there so not sure what has been removed unless I am meant to be looking for someone else?

I never knew that Donkey. So Tidd got his posts removed from Hotcopper. I wonder why? I guess that the boys down under figured he was a paid ramper employed by SCAP or some other spiv organisation to promote this TLOU dog to unsuspecting PI'S. All makes sense now. Well Kenners bought at 6 sold at 8 and was dead right. If you are a PI and invested in TLOU, the share price is not too far short of 8. I would sell right away. But that is all in my most humble and very very very honest opinion.

Amazing how you both appear in pairs together. One in the same or maybe even one of your paint boat girlfriends.

Honoured.

Hi ... how are things. Yes absolutely no issues here at all.

The delay ...

Of course it is a delay ....

The delay can be remedied...

Other than a delay the model hasn’t changed....

Too much focus on a delay ...

Ah man, did I chuckle with this one.

Actually I don’t think it would take as many as 30 people to run a 100Mw plant at any one time. But it might take more than 30 to have shift relief crew - but let me take a Lok at that and confirm.
I would hate to post anything too matter of factly !!
But it doesn’t actually matter - Tlou are delivering a piece of LEGO up to 10 miserable non-event non-ambitious after 10 years of trying MWs.
Con of the century !! And I am posting that matter of factly !!
Blisters - spot on. Whendy n Tidd are joined at the hip.
Amusing thing is Whendy and Tidd suggest we all get some new material - FFS how stupid and ironic is that !!

Wrong again Whendy. It was bought at 6 sold at 8. Old Kenners made a nice 30% profit which is more than you ever did. Wrong on the other fluff too. I said about 30 (Botswana nationals) employed in the CBM route, whilst 1000's would be employed in the coal mine/coal powered 600MW route, which is the preferred option, along with renewables, of the Botswana Power Corporation and the Botswana Government.
