Already answered 25m.

The acreage position in its totality is 8300km. Please don’t attempt to teach me how to suck eggs, we have already established you are out of your depth here a bit like you are on your own board.

The you are making here is absolutely a waste of time.

can you please check how far it is from lay down yard to the proposed site for well field development. Then we talk, turkey.

Tlou’s RNS said they submitted their bid for up to 10MW, leaving it open for Govt to award them more. TG said exactly the same on a call. You want to play semantics with the words - I am simply stating what words were said.

Check your facts please !!

Donkey, the bid was for upto 100mw the initial pilot proposal was for a starter of a scaleable model beginning with an initial 10mw and expanding upto 100mw.

The lay down yard is precisely what it states, a lay down yard. You stated that the road and and grid connectivity were nowhere near, they are!

Given that the expanse of acreage is 8300km are you suggesting that a grid road structure should run across the entire area? 8300km, if they have to move 25m across one block to the PILOT (which are far from muddy swamps like those in Mozambique you are used to) that is absolutely nothing. Stop trying to deramp with comments that really are meaningless.

To date has there been any mention of seismics, drill rigs etc running into any issues during their transport phase? Nope.

Keeping it factually correct - Tlou Bid for up to an initial 10MW power generation capability, when the RFP itself was for up to 100MW of power generation. And Tlou said their bid left the door open for Govt/ Ministry to, if they so chose, to award Tlou additional amounts thereafter.

Now you stop being a naughty boy by creating the illusion Tlou bid for the 100MW when it is as clear as day, they didn’t.

Also, the lay down yard is not the site for the proposed initial well field development. That is a bit of a schlep by all accounts. Please get YOUR facts right - stop misleading people with your disingenuity.

Blisters your above comment is a lie, message has been relayed.

For those who missed it, below is the comment from Tlou Investor Relations.

“As we know, contrary to what a few have been saying regarding lack of newsflow, there is a lot going on with Tlou at the moment. Whilst the company has done as much as they can to be transparent and to communicate their plans with regularity there are times when it would be inappropriate to do so despite activity. In Botswana Tlou continue to pursue their dual strategy within the country whilst at the same time continuing to look into opportunities to wheel power outside to the neighbouring power hungry states and some of the large consumers within (such as the mines). Dual strategy in Botswana involves continuing to engage with the ministry to supply power directly into the grid through BPC and a smaller power plant of around 5MW (pilot plant) whilst seeking to work with the ministry to reopen the tender but to have previous irrelevant criteria removed. High-level meetings in all relevant areas have taken place and will continue to do so. One must bear in mind that not only did a new President take power only very recently (April 1st) but that there is a new Energy Minister as well; taking into account public holidays barely a few days in office. Both are considered to be extremely progressive, pro-jobs and development and GG and team are lobbying as appropriate. Investors will really have to watch this space but the company are confident that they will have something firm to report with regards to internal off-takes and or the RFP position in the near future. Mining operations in neighbouring states have also been met and options discussed and also with the states themselves. Major investors such as African Alliance continue to be supportive and Tlou continue to engage a plethora or other external and internal development agencies, such as BDC, where their plans tick a lot of boxes for investment especially with some of the debt capital groups. Quarterly update due soon and company also has purchased its own core drilling rig which is currently in transit to Botswana. This will enable Tlou to embark upon a comprehensive core drilling programme across not only its Lesedi licences but Mamba as well with hope of significantly increasing reserves across the board. EIA for poles and wires also going very well too. In summary not idle by any means and quite confident that given a little more time that they will be awarded a PPA in good time and there are very much looking forward to this and all the optionality which getting into the grid will provide.”

Donkey the main road runs right alongside one of the Lesedi permit blocks which has a laydown yard situated right by.

The pilot wells and proposed plant along with the base camp are due NW some 25m. I’m unsure what point you are to make here especially given the acreage position is 8300km. Seems the drill rigs, teams and even the recent seismic vehicles had no issue with access?

The proposed is upto 100mw as you well know with a 10mw pilot. Let’s not go over old ground again hey. It’s boring, at least keep it original?

Trip went well thank you - when you next there?

I think Whendy you should check that out a bit further old boy. Tlou proposed wells at Lesedi for the proposed up to 10MW are a bit more remote than you appear to think/know.

How was your trip to Botswana then?

Donkey a main road runs right by the permit claims and they are central to main grid connectivity points. Both of which are in close proximity so not sure where you’ve fabricated those points from?

Been at it all night I see with your two accounts?

Very sad and desperate.

Blisters that’s a strong allegation, care to back that up? Also I’m still waiting on your claim of 30 jobs to run a 100mw power plant. Guess that was a lie too hey.

Furthermore, your new minister isn’t even the guy who you’ve posted so maybe brush up on some research before posting BS.

Now I have heard it all. KingTidd - you just showed us how stupid you are !!!

“The plan is to connect into the grid via a substation within Serowe some 50km away. As for the transmission lines, there are some maps online showing the phases of development. From memory the 400kv lines run either directly by Tlous claims between Morupole and Orapa (or just partially over them). Given the small footprint of transmission lines and also the small footprint of the CBM wells it won’t matter. The acreage position that Tlou have under license at 100% is a little over the entire size of Wales.”

As an example, an exploration company with no Offtakes yet and pitching for an initial ‘up to 10MW’ is going to run pokes and wires in somewhere the size of Wales. OMG.

Tell me Tidd - is the reference ‘the size of Wales meant to impress us?? With less than $7m cash in bank, that sure sounds like it is all gone just running poles n wires.

Over to you Whendy. Tell me how you have explained this so many times before. Yup you are stupid to. Tidd and Whendy are stupid - oh .... oh oh ..... well now ......

Exciting news that Sasha on Twitter has been in long consultations with Mr. Onkokame Kitso Mokaila the new Minister of Minerals, Energy and Water Resources in Botswana and that the strategy of using COAL and RENEWABLES to deliver all energy needs for the people of Botswana will now be progressed with utmost speed and acceleration. Upon further questioning, Sasha confirms that there will be no requirement for CBM in the short, medium or long term as it is considered superfluous. Sasha sold all TLOU shares prior to this announcement in conjunction with FCA rules and regulations.

I like this JTD poster - “Thanks Tidd. Will tlou hv to put in transmission lines poles etc and then hook into the main grid?? Also doesn’t the proposed route of this infrastructure upgrade run right through areas that Tlou are have licences for?”

No JTD, it doesn’t run right through Tlou licence areas. But it is closer than Ser-wherever they plan to connect. Tlou’s Licence areas are not as close to basic road and power infrastructure as they might ideally like.

You should ask KingTidd about that.

Sorry Whendy, I can’t give you a link. But try, just this once, to run with it

My favourite - “In summary, they are hard at work progressing multiple streams”

Er, why wouldn’t they be hard at work?! I haven’t seen the announcement that salaries were not being drawn in full, so yes, great get your head down and work !

It amuses me no end how KingTidd is selling the story - as a proxy for IR and goodness knows who else.

So is the way companies are going to get their message out to Retail investors in the new MIFID II world ? Nuts, absolutely nuts !!

Careful JTD - you will soon be accused of being me.

“Thanks Tidd, but agree with Olda that this news flow should come through other avenues. To be fair it’s not anything new tht the IR is saying and re-emphasises tht investors need patience. On a side note is the govt pushing ahead with putting in transmission lines etc?? I vaguely recall an article stating that it’s part of a $500m programme of work, is that right?? If anyone has the article could u plz post the link. Thanks and GL all“

But it will prove you are a hypocrite - calling me someone who tells lies. Get your facts straight in future.

And start with getting a proper understanding of the EIA / EIS process in Botswana.

And I told you as well something is not right with their ML announcement. And I am sticking to that assertion.
