09/4/2018 13:14 | You're BOTH morons. Equally. | cdawg
09/4/2018 01:46 | You call that an answer. I call it pure unadulterated woffle !! | donkey40
08/4/2018 12:52 | Let him think he is Mr Man. Like I said repeatedly - he is stupid. | donkey40
08/4/2018 12:40 | What a lot of sh@t Whendy. You have no information that is not available on the net. Pretending you do is totally embarrassing. I wonder what the board think? | liartidd
08/4/2018 10:07 | Donkey perhaps I could ask you the exact same question? Information is still being passed to the relevant people. How long did it take the Rob Terry case to pickup traction? It will come. | wheniamfree
08/4/2018 09:21 | So why are you here Whendy? The only person replying against Liartidd, Blisters and myself. Why is it you spend your day constantly defending this bag of gas? Is this your local? And how was your trip to botswana - learn anything? And when is my doorbell gonna ring .... | donkey40
08/4/2018 08:29 | Liar we don’t need a running commentary of what your idol is doing day to day but thanks. Very sad. You probably even know what time he gets up and goes to the toilet? | wheniamfree
07/4/2018 23:43 | No I’m not stuck I understand the concept of managed risk, costs and scaleability. You on the other hand clearly don’t. On the flip side perhaps your stuck? It’s called a difference of opinion. Still, as I said - no skin off your nose as you aren’t invested. | wheniamfree
07/4/2018 23:41 | So you are still stuck then. I am not complaining about the 10MW approach. I am asking what is the real reason they go for only 10MW when the opportunity offered them is so huge. WHY. On one hand you constantly bleat about how great the management team and partners are. And here they are with a huge opportunity - shortlisted 1 of 2 - and they can only go for 10. It doesn’t make sense, it just doesn’t make sense. If you don’t see it or get it, then sorry I can’t help you | donkey40
07/4/2018 23:22 | Donkey I’ve just answered you as I have done on countless occasions before. If you don’t like the business model discuss with the company, you aren’t invested so no skin off your nose. Makes perfect sense to myself and those of us who invested. There is a reason Tony Gilby and co are proven in business having created two multi billion $ companies from the ground up. There is also a reason why you haven’t. | wheniamfree
07/4/2018 23:07 | I don’t fail to grasp debt equity mix or ownership or managing risk. Their reserves are way more than sufficient for considerably more than 10MW. So why not go for it? Why tell us it is just an amazing opportunity, and then when you get the opportunity, you go for 10MW. It is just baby steps - why, after so many years, so small. Go big or go home. Now Gilby I presume does not want to hang around Botswana, so why is he going small. Why why why - I am waiting to see if you can break out of your stuck mindset. | donkey40
07/4/2018 22:05 | Yep there is a reason, company are pre-revenue as you keep stating. To go for debt based lending for upto 100mw would require sizeable capex. Now, in order to get such capex the company would need to provide collateral. That collateral would mean a relinquishment of either it’s assets or its reserve base. Tlou hold 100% currently, on top of that a debt of such size at this stage would come with a premium interest rate (expensive lending). Now, the easy and obvious option to avert relinquishing their 100% ownership and/or reserve base would be to complete a scaleable model whereby debt based lending and interest rates are cost effective and the project would carry an economy of scale. By doing so lending becomes cheap since the level of risk to the lender is greatly reduced and the size of collateral offered will also be much less. That is common sense and no matter what line of business you are in is the correct accumen to offset risk, establish financing and scale out. At the time the initial 10mw comes online the company will be revenue generative, since an income stream exists and the model proven the next bout of funding would be much more affordable and the collateral substantially reduced. You fail to grasp such a basic premise. That is your problem my friend, not ours. Now - since I’ve told you all this before, who is regurgitating? I’d have thought you would understand this, back to Kenmare - why did shareholders get wiped out? Uncontrollable debt from excessive lending, shame MC didn’t take a leaf out of Tony’s sensible management hmm? | wheniamfree
07/4/2018 21:52 | Scalable project is an excuse for inability to deliver something of substance - how many times do I have to say this for you before the penny drops. Up to 10MW gets them started - does not max out on investment $$ economies of scale. Gilby has NEVER delivered 1MW of power - so it can be argued he is not interested in delivering power. Just prove up Reserves, sell and run off to the beach again. I keep saying you don’t need to keep repeating your own posts - we get them. Well I certainly do. There is a reason why they are going for initial 10 - what is it ?? Considering they have got (supposedly) great partners and BOD etc, why why why why only go for 10 first up. Ambition, ability, size, scale - none of that is being achieved by going with 10. So why only 10 - think man think. 8 years of being in business and going for 10. It’s pathetic, it really is !!! Stop be brainwashed by Gulpin and Clueless and Tiddler - think for yourself !! THINK - there is a reason | donkey40
07/4/2018 21:27 | Can you explain to me where you get your 30 jobs from? Lick your finger and stick it in the air.. might get it next time hey? | wheniamfree
07/4/2018 20:59 | Coal logistics conference, yes relevant to shipping coal? Why would they talk about gas? Similar to saying plants photosynthesise via sunlight, why don’t they talk about PV solar panels and generation at a farmers market? | wheniamfree
07/4/2018 20:33 | Donkey keep your Blistered right hand in your pocket. As for the scaleable project, yep another one we’ve been over countless times and is lost on you. We get it, you don’t understand business. | wheniamfree
07/4/2018 20:32 | Whendy - the other share consolidation is pertinent only to that company and others like it that have delivered their investment strategies, mistakes and all. Tlou is a million miles away from delivering on anything substantial for its $50m this far money spent /pre-revenue position. So enough of your silly childish attempts to discredit that company, my posts and whomever you think I am in love with. Try showing some mature articulate and relevant adult behaviour. And enough of your attempted mine’s bigger than yours nonsense. | donkey40 |
