I think there are a lot of bargains in the Market if you look at last yrs figures, and it rather depends on whether you view this yr as a one off bad year or a company-ruining disaster for Titon.
Let us hope the former. Looks like no news on the calendar until 4th Jan , rather a long way off , but one of the drawbacks of investing in small companies. Unless you have a contact , you won't find much news about Titon in the press. I was congratulating myself on a paper three bagger last yr , but never sold, looking at about breakeven and holding and hoping now.

I dont claim to be an expert on COVID or Titan however if you have a factory in South Korea and South Korea is working more or less back to normal then one would think Titan are probably doing OK? Just a guess.

We entered into a Joint Venture in South Korea with a local partner in 2008 and have our own manufacturing facilities in Seoul. We estimate that this business has captured over 75% of the market share for natural ventilation in the new build market in South Korea and now represents a significant source of profits for the Titon Group.

Press reports are now talking about a boom in house prices because of money being pumped into economy.
So perhaps we've got some of that "boom" - who knows.

If there is a bit of a DIY boom (or house owners getting contractors to do the work) there should be some uptick for this NETNET stock...

This is the longest period in this NETNETs history that there has been no price change (up or down)......

cgi used to create virtual product house:

I know the DIY market is rapidly expanding - so if any products Titon make are used in small improvements to a house (perhaps a new downstairs bathroom with ventilation and small window)Titon might be doing well.

I think we need a bit of an update as we've heard nothing since May.... This is the longest period Titon has had when the price has not moved up or down.... So one suspect some movement soon.

the current price is very near the Covid19 bottom..

Titon is a NETNET...
(by NETNET calculation its the 15th cheapest share in the entire UK stock market (both AIM and FTSE)...
Its NAV is twice the size of its market cap.
In last accounts made about 1.5M profit...

Current market cap: 8.5M

If valued at ten times annual "normal" profits added to NAV it probably should be valued at 25M or three times its current share price.

These figures are all optimistic but possible if I have read the accounts sort of right.

Obviously covid has had a major effect on the price. But surely it will recover? And if it recovers then (even if it takes 12/24 months) its a bargain.

Good thought BG. It might be too much of a long term plan to expect change from architects yet.

Nice to have a bit of air conditioning..

Shouldn't Titon be making hay in the current environment with its mechanical air exchange systems? Aren't they exactly the sort of things that all multi-residence buildings need? Even single homes? Extract the internal air and exchange it for fresh outdoor air, while retaining the heat indoors. You would have thought we'd be seeing press articles appearing from journalists they'd invited to explain the absolutely compelling CV-19 beating properties of their technology.

Just noticed this from earlier in week; at last a small shoot of green!

Titon Holdings PLC Re-start of Limited Production at Haverhill

South Korea making more positive noises about Covid but I suspect that they have just delayed infections not avoided them.

S Korea has coped very well with the virus, lots of testing and controlling. they have turned a corner so i'm surprised at the massive drop today

No surprises in that statement, if anything I'd take it as more positive, especially if S. Korea can adapt to fulfil the Rest of World orders that may come in.

Looks as though TON's firng of Hardman may be partial cause of fall - They have put out a note saying their "formal association with Titon ends this month" Could this be a good sign that MR is cutting back on PR which is usually expensive and useless compared to increasing Revenue and Bottom line? However in this case the trend is not TON's friend (imo)

Korea sounding bad - BBC news
The southern cities of Daegu and Cheongdo have been declared "special care zones". The streets of Daegu are now largely abandoned.
However no knowledge of impact on our partner but if progression anywhere near that in China suspect contribution from Korea may need to be written down very substantially this year (imo DYOR etc)
