Indeed probably a sale, to use up his Capital Gains for this year. I think this will be well over £2 in the coming months especially with the new interest

Director PDMR sold at 177 but only 10,250 shares - However enough to possilby have knocked the price.on a down day but well within CGT allowances - Why not he probably deserves it and his other half (assuming there is one) is probably due a few nice nights out (all imo etc) as a reward for all the time he has spent away on company business.

A bit of a coup for a share like Titon to get a good write up in IC with a readership over 30k can only be positive for the year ahead.

A good write up on Titon from IC. Will help to get the name out there. He mentioned about the one of cost of £370k for closing the fabrication unit down...but l think their maybe an extra ongoing cost saving of +£200k from the reduction of staff.

Very happy indeed my second biggest holding after Spectra was able to top up last year at 130.I would say fair value here is around 220-240.

Not quiet this am ; share price gone vertical. I assume the Annual Report has been published but cannot find it and no RNS.

Titon has gone very quiet here? Should do well this year , with improved political conditions in South Korea which is the main source of profits. Also with last years impairment of 370k due to the closure of the fabrication business and reduced staffing cost, should add over 500K to the bottom line even if there is no growth at all....which seems very unlikely to me.

Yes my main concern is about Korea we cant really know much about their business there and their market share is quite Big so Who knows if competitors gonna start stealing that market share

Lullabite I am not sure how much similarity there is with Polypipe as I would imagine that at least half the value is in Korea - where I must admit its business is a bit opaque. It has a 51% owned subsidiary, Titon Korea, which seems to exclusively sell to its 49% owned affiliate Browntech Sales. But today,s numbers were undobtedly good and guidance upbeat. Korean growth is supportive.

Their products Analysis And competitive position is hard to analyze im having problems with It , nuaire is a similar company And was bought by polypype If someone could help me with this i would be gratefull
