I totally agree WD. If we apply a price to sales ratio of just one-which is less than the market, ignore further growth in the latest trading update then we're trading at 150p.

Very nice trading statement, and I agree about the importance of the UK growth.

A few PIs smiling this afternoon I think ; the illogical recent Sp weakness appears to be just that.
Back to the rising pattern?

Agreed Hordean, the surge in UK trade is absolutely key.

ptp was averaging about £1m in the years leading up to the recession (pre the recent Korean stuff). If they get back there, and we add on 500k for Korea (after jv partners) we may just get to £1.5m next year. Perhaps optimistic but certainly do-able IMO. 120p doesn't look an unreasonable share price target. ONly have to look at ETQ as an example of how these microcaps can rocket when trading turns up like this.

I think the UK turnaround is what is key here. South Korean growth is all good and well but about half of that disappears to the jv partners. £10m sounds about right for the half year. Could do 4-5p earnings I reckon.

Having bought loads in the low to mid 70's (ouch) and then added more at the recent bottom, I am finally in profit here.

I reckon H2 turnover will be c. £10m if they keep up that Q3 run rate. As you say the market cap looks nonsense given balance sheet strength and that trading. I wonder if £1m pretax profit is do-able? Bit optimistic perhaps.

Nice to see UK picking up, to add to the progress in Korea. I suspect that as a result these are silly cheap here.

WD and P,Good news, I believe as I think the Company has answered that very same question in a timely manner with the purchase of 50k shares, approx £25k worth on friday. With a liquid assets less all liabilities of some 53p,I thought that the recent low around 49p would prove to be the bottom. Why should a a profitable dividend paying Company like Titon with an approximate 4% yield,a bright future(ie continued fantastic growth in South Korea and a recovering domestic market),trade at less than its liquidation value? We have a trading update later this month.

A Company buying its own shares is the most tax efficient way of returning money to its shareholders since if they paid a special dividend, tax would be due and it's a very shrewd move IF, and only if, its shares are undervalued which I believe they are and significantly so.Shares bought at these levels boost both the earnings, dividend and net assets per share.

AIMHO, DYOR
