what price are you a seller?

Hi Pat, I have no doubt that we'll at least double from current levels. I think that £10 is a little optimistic, though but I'm sure you'll be very pleasantly surprised by returns here. As I've said before, you need to give the market time to reflect that the Company is going from trading at a discount to its assets to a profitable business.

I only have 52/ so I wont become seriously rich unless we are 10 pounds!!
Any chance of 10 pounds?
Rainmaker, you obviously think we could double from here as I can feel it!!

A very good question Pat, tangible assest are in the books for 31p a share but I believe they're worth more but the tangible "margin of safety" here, is so substantial and clear that I haven't looked into this matter in any detail. I think you have to have a serious rethink on selling at the levels you've mentioned and instead just run your holdings, that's how you become seriously rich.

best of luck with whatever you decide to do

its my year end tgt
i tend to sell early unless i think we are a 10 bagger
as hard to sell this share on the red
if i think 100p i will start selling at say 70p and try to avge say 80p
anyway we all agree that this is far too cheap

rainmaker...whats the value of freehold property we have please?

I see, sorry Pat so 75p is a short term target.Generally, I think Investors fail to recognise the raft of measures proposed by the Chancellor, George Osborne to stimulate Local Authority spending on social housing and what a dramatic impact they will have on the UK business. I'm not surprised by the share price move but short term(and indeed long term), IMHO we're going a lot higher.

As always,DYOR as I have done mine

Pat-"my px tgt for 2014 is 100p" fair enough so why do you want to sell at 75p?

don't forget:

-operating costs have been reduced
-the uk business is riding the wave of UK economic recovery
-increasing uk social housing new build with higher energy efficiency standards is driving further growth
-big, big growth story in s. korea

the market is pricing titon as a value share in dire straits. however the company is profitable, is cash & asset rich, and is now a growth story.

these things take time, but titon will get the right valuation in due course...100p in 2014 still looks cheap to me.

I'm delighted with the results and a happy holder. Here's a breakdown of Titon's segmental results for the last four 6 month periods (stripping out the nuair settlement): UK (£k) 2012 H1 2012 H2 2013 H1 2013 H2 Turnover 5,984 5,229 5,172 5,376 Profit 818 655 680 891 Korea (£k) 2012 H1 2012 H2 2013 H1 2013 H2 Turnover 980 936 1,413 2,267 Profit - 36 149 135 514 The trend, especially in Korea, is outstanding. If Titon only repeat H2 2013 in the next two 6 month periods then I estimate EPS of around 7-8p in 2014. Given that the UK economy is improving and the phenomenol trend in Titon's Korea business, I expect EPS of over 10p next year.

New Social housing build registrations shoot up 40%

Chancellor,George Osbourne's proposed move to encourage more local Authories to build affordable housing by giving them greater flexibility to borrow by raising limits. AND

a model to build more social housing

AND something about selling valuable council homes to build more social housing on cheaper plots but I haven't found the article yet

I know, WD just let the market settle although it's not normally that large. Hopefully one day soon, all listed shares will be be on SETS and all Investors will be given DMA access to allow them to put in their own bids and offers. This would definitely help.

The results are stunning, a 91.7% increase in sales from South Korea where they exclusively manufacture MVHR is obviously the highlight. There're also bringing in new products there which will further boost sales. It made £256k but if it continues to grow then it will make Titon serious returns.I'm not too pessimistic about the UK as the Company confirms there has been a recent uplift of Social housing new build registrations, the first serious one since 2008 and furthermore there are government initiatives to boost the building in the Social Sector-I'll post details later.IMHO loads more upside from current levels.

The profitability of the company seems to hinge on Korea more than ever. Which may not be a bad thing.

I note the spread is still 5p -outrageous!
