Very cheap within the spread, I just bought 8416 at 8.69p!!! Current share price 8.75p?
Wish the insurance would hurry itself up and we might see some movement.

I am sure that the ones who took up the placing at 10p won't be too impressed with this performance in share price Where do you think it will end, back down to the 5p level where it started from?

Looks like Prudential took 32m shares in the recent placing. More
announcements to come?.

Nice to see a decent buy volume today with around 1 million buys. Quite a bit of selling on the PLUS market (~400k) but strange 1.25p spread was maintained all day, presumably to deter buying?

I see this as a very positive development with a share that has been trading at well below 10p for most of the year. OK there might be a bit of a pull back to the 10p level but that will now surely be the bottom and a tremendous buying opportunity as much higher levels beckon as we go through 2010?

Upon the placing being made, won't the share price crash with there being loads more shares in issue. Why will the company be valued at £40m (385million shares at 11.5p) rather than £25m today. Or is it as simple as the additional monies going in will flow straight in to the valuation of the business. I some what would doubt that! Also, does this indicate that the insurance monies perhaps wont be coming as surely if they were going to be getting a sizeable chunk then why would they want the placing monies. All a bit strange. Still holding, wouldn't want to miss a rise. If I sell you can guarantee a rocket type recovery.
GL all.

I think there is temporarily an opportunuty to make money elsewhere. Awaiting news and annual results in XTR probably next week (could be some important announcements) so I might move some money there. Will have a look back here early February. Good luck all.

Don't understand these patterns in share movement, one minute lots of volume, then nothing? Is something a foot here? Or as I said earlier the calm before the storm. All out bid?

Titanium dioxide is used in production of paints, plastics etc. World demand is growing overall 2-3% but it's approx 10-12% in China (toys, cheap consumer goods etc). Could there be a bid/takeover in the offing? If so, any ideas at what SP? Thanks and good luck to all.

Looks like our Mr Boulle helped himself to another 465,000. Mopping
up all the sells no doubt.

Well I've topped up this morning, if Mr Boulle is then why shouldn't we? At this price there is plenty to be made IMHO. Loads of upside!! Good Luck

Mr Boulle is just buying shares while they are cheap, if he wanted to offer for the whole company he would have already, he will sell the shares at a huge profit soon I suspect inmy opinion

Not much going on here anymore, is this the calm before the storm? Or is a drip drip on the sp, any thoughts, or is Boulle on the pick up what he can for a song mission?
