13/10/2009 19:48 | interesting. so a small purchase of plus market shares might be worthwhile? | littlemadam
13/10/2009 18:58 | tdw will be a member with plus traded so it can get their live prices etc its the mm that decides where to place the deal either on plus or direct to lse, as from from sept mm's have been getting a better incentive on deals with plus they will get better commision rates than lse as i see it. plus markets have been taking volumes of business of late their mkt share increased volumes saying that their share price( pmk )still not re acted to the increase | laserdisc
13/10/2009 18:28 | laseerdisc. Thanks. I use TDW, so how does my trade appear on PLUS. Do TDW get the best quote or find a trade as best they can via whatever source? | littlemadam
13/10/2009 17:58 | yes traded on plus 13/10/2009 11:23:49 12.50 6,950 O 868.75 13/10/2009 11:23:39 12.50 10,000 O 1,250.00 | laserdisc
13/10/2009 17:55 | Can anyone clear something up for me? I topped up with just 10k at 11.23 this moring, had to pay 12.5p as the price was moving so fast. I cannot see my trade anywhere during the day. This is not traded anywhere else (plus etc). Are trades being missed from the lists on advfn? I am confused. | littlemadam
13/10/2009 17:13 | Jonny. I will be happy if this consolidates around here for now, but I think we could easily see 20p+ by end of the week. I reckon take-out price will be around the 40p mark at least and it will come quite soon. I also see a fund called Ingalls & Snyder LLC picked up 4% of TXR in June. I cannot find any link to Boulle but they seem to have a good, long track record for clients. | littlemadam
13/10/2009 16:39 | 20p tomorrow? | jonny flame
13/10/2009 16:33 | Mr Boulle will have to pay a lot more than the present price for the rest of the company. But then, he already owns over 60%. Interesting. | littlemadam
13/10/2009 16:25 | price all over the place went to 18p to buy then back at 16.05p very tight spread now, then was offered 16.25p to sell | laserdisc
13/10/2009 16:19 | whats going on here? up 48% | r3covery
13/10/2009 16:16 | This is steaming now, takeover approach at signifcantly more than the current share price perhaps? Pre - where are you? Any thoughts? | jonny flame

13/10/2009 12:24 | bryanwallen. My main holdings are AFR, TXR, XTR, CZA and URU so you may have seen me there. Did hold KAH but sold a week or two ago for a very good profit. Just picked up some NOTG a few seconds after the RNS. Sorry to bother, but do you know why this J R Boulle chappie is not obliged to bid for the whole company now he owns 60% of the shares? | littlemadam
13/10/2009 11:45 | level 2 looking all like mms selling, these are v ery tightly held and looks like a rsie up to 20p, I think | maty
13/10/2009 11:44 | PS they are also traded on Plus (txr.gb) where price is currently 12.75 | bryanwallen
13/10/2009 11:42 | Hi LM. Have seen you post before but can't remember where - YOO, MDY perhaps? Anyway, bought in to these at 7.75 and looks very much like Monsieur Boulle is trying to get the company on the cheap. It looks to me like there is a big buy order in but he's not desperate so buying in small quantities to try to keep the price down. However, every time the bid is raised slightly the buys come in not the sells that are sought. I sold my MTA and put the proceeds in here yesterday. Had to pay 11p but in profit already. I think these have a long way to go yet. Bryan. | bryanwallen
13/10/2009 10:48 | I bought in at 10p thinking I was perhaps late to the party. Maybe it appears not so. One question for whoever reads this. If the Mr J-R Boulle owns 60% of TXR why is he not obliged to make a bid for the whole company? Sorry if this has already been addressed. | littlemadam
07/10/2009 17:03 | chaps take a look at AYM picked up a few today. | simon_64
06/10/2009 19:35 | indeed, the settlement of the insurance claim will create greater momentum and predictablility with this stock...the rns may have been a leak on friday, hence the frenzied buying...ho hum..welcome to aim! | pre
06/10/2009 16:14 | still demand out there for this stock. | jonny flame
05/10/2009 13:08 | He will let it drop back to about 8p. | william-just
05/10/2009 08:41 | I also see todays news as positive. I wonder if Boulle will add all todays sells to his holding. | billbyrne |
