What happens if Mr Boulle was to pop his clogs ??How old is he? anybody know .?

The listing on aim is something that they are happy with (see below) so why
would Boulle want to take it private again. Perhaps he just sees good value
in the share price at the moment.

Under the Company's Articles of Association, Mr Boulle, as a shareholder who
owned in excess of 30% of TRG's issued share capital prior to the Admission, is
not required to extend a corresponding offer to all of the Company's
shareholders.
The Board of TRG welcomes the increased participation of Mr Boulle given his
deep knowledge and understanding of the Company, its assets and Sierra Leone.
The Company currently intends to maintain its listing on AIM and to continue
with the strategy as described in the trading update published on 19 January
2009.

LM If that was the case why did he just increase his holding by a million or so shares (last RNS). Why not do as you suggest he could do? Perhaps he can't afford it just now.

Strange but I have been thinking same thing. If Mr Boulle owns 60% and decides to buy the company he only has to pitch his bid at the highest price he has paid in past 6 months. If he decides to offer 12p per share then he can use his 60% to pass the resolution.

For that reason, I am out. Good luck remaining holders.

one chap has a holding of over 90% of the stock.

Forgive me ignorance but what happens if he acquires so much share capital. Is he forced to make an offer for the rest of the issued share capital. Where will this leave PI's like you and I? Been holding for a while now and all this movement is now making me a bit nervous. Any technical advice appreciated.

Titanium Resources jumped 51.1 per cent to 16¼p after a push from Arbuthnot, which reckons TR is cheap compared with Kenmare Resources, unchanged at 26½p.

Littlemadam - there is no such thing as 'plus market shares'. The shares are all the same - just traded on a different market. You will not be able to influence where your trade is placed.
