In the case of settlement the insurers will hold out the court date then settle up, so dont expect news befor.
But the upside is huge with this one.

They can still drag it out for the next 4 months.

This is good news.....the court wants both parties to settle pre Jan 2010. If court sees one party not cooperating it will not look good on them, therefore, I fully believe this will be settled pre Jan 2010 but quite possibly sooner. Now TXR have shown they mean business the insurers have no reason to stall for much longer...

...We already knew about the one reinsurer settling - that was Zurich Insurance, announced on 15th April RNS.

Morning Pre,

What is your opinion of this mornings news?

The last sentance sounds positive;

"One of the main reinsurers has already settled its share of the claim".

Nice! Out all day and come back to this rise, and the board has
suddenly got busy. Nice to have some new faces on the bb.

As we said pre, interesting times ahead.

Am back not selling for a quick profit this time it looks more like a sustained rise than the earlier peaks and fall backs.

Will be happy to be proved right :)

pre and others.

I have bought today and usually happy to hold shares for 3 to 6 months+.
Do any of you trade short term and have any targets for this one?

last post on iii (txr) board

While pleased to see this rise today the volume traded is very small in relation the total shares in issue. Most of the trades seem to be buys though which probably explains the significant rise.

Trades today so far only represent 0.2% of the total free shares available if the four largest shareholdings are excluded.

I believe once production returns to past levels and the insurance claims are settled we could see 60p or there abouts.

My concern is that given what appears to be a tight market for the shares they could fall again as fast as they have risen. Lets hope there is some positive news in the near future.

Boulle owns 60% of the company now. He knows it's extremely undervalued. Is he trying to take it off the market again? He's already sold TXR once before making a nice profit.
