14/7/2024 07:35 | Very true bb2 and they did mention some "event(s)" due Summer. I was in Cyprotex where Sneller, Mills and Griffiths also congregated, this has the same sort of vibe. | p1nkfish
14/7/2024 07:19 | pink, IPGroup would love a buyout in order to flatter their H1 post period commentary! | bamboo2
14/7/2024 07:08 | I'm of the opinion that when this moves it will trend for months so the monthly chart is one to keep an eye on to filter out noise and identify when the proper start is. My thinking is the transformation under way will totally change the future and those event tends to trend for quite a while. Sometimes those events are external like an interest rate regime change (one example), this one is largely an internal transformation. May be wrong. If correct, if it manages to close the month above 73.3 the complexion will have changed. A chance it will pull back afterwards but a whole new chapter going forwards. My take is the monthly matters for buy and hold and wait for 2 years+. The daily and weekly will show first but the monthly end above 73.3p is the confirmation for me. A weekly end higher than 73.3p but monthly end below 73.3p won't float my boat. | p1nkfish
13/7/2024 21:27 | simplicius I am not a chartist, but to chartists, the head and shoulders pattern signifies when a share has reached it's peak and the second shoulder confirms the start of a new downtrend (a bit like driving by looking in the rear view mirror to see what is coming next!) the inverse is just the opposite indicating the share has reached a bottom with the second shoulder confirming the start of a new uptrend. As with most things related to charts it often depends when you decide to choose the start of the trend and bamboo2 appears to be using the Feb high as the start of the inverse head and shoulders pattern but equally if you start it from a year or more ago you could say it is just continuing an uptrend with random movements in prices up and down in between. Fortunately in this case whilst not a chartist I also hope the share price trend will continue upwards. | pj84
13/7/2024 20:59 | Agreed. It would have saved me some effort. | bamboo2

10/7/2024 21:15 | My eyes are on any monthly close above 73.3, even 73.2 but I'm often wrong. GLA. | p1nkfish

03/7/2024 16:22 | The interesting thing is these investors mirror Cyprotex to a fair degree. Made a very healthy return there and think this may follow the same path. Griffiths, Sneller, Mills. | p1nkfish
03/7/2024 15:45 | 15.1% now held by Richard Sneller/Inthallo "We invest in organisations capable of large-scale change." 12.2% after adding in June, held by Lombard Odier Asset Management (Europe) Limited 15.04% Harwood Capital (London)at 30 April 2024 9.71% Mr Richard Griffiths (UK) at 30 April 2024 9.25% IP Group (London) at 30 April 2024 So 61+% in hands of 5 shareholders seems to me to make an approach by a predator fairly easy. Interims to 30 June were announced in September last year. T/o 2023 was £29.49m - still a tiny company but with production capacity for substantial growth. I would guess that a bid would have to be >£1 per share to be of any interest to these shareholders. However the directors' shareholdings appear to be very small though growing - so perhaps a few years away from a takeover. | cliffpeat
03/7/2024 15:15 | IUG, also from the IPGroup stable, is in a very similar situation to TRX, as is also forecast to move to profit this year, but is not so fortunate in having share holders accumulating. It also derives much of its profit and growth from the US. | bamboo2

17/6/2024 15:54 | This company should be well in profit this year if the trend continues | tnt99
17/6/2024 15:52 | Yes I'd agree this is a good idea plus the asset proves they in this industry for the long term and an asset that will likely go up in value over time | tnt99
14/6/2024 21:47 | Todays announcement of the exercise of the option to purchase the building they were leasing looks positive for the company, particularly, as the mortgage payments are similar to the lease payments and they will now avoid any lease rental increases that were built into the lease agreement and they believe the pre agreed purchase price is also below the current fair market value of the building. | pj84
30/5/2024 07:09 | Should be making a profit this year onwards and upwards and increasing money in the bank! | tnt99 |
