Well I'm happy. Going as I would have expected and no rush. Not desperate. Some might be but not me. So, when will you pay posters here?

LOL, I guess you’re all disappointed that the share price has not broken out and not breached 60p and as for that brokers note forming a guidance, along with the reason for retaining the revolving credit, which one assumes comes at a cost, it is farcical.
Good luck though, just like their comments about more liquidity and tighter spreads when they consolidated. All guff.

Do enough research and the gaps TRX can plug for STRYKER are obvious. Pocket change to them too.

Just caught up on today’s results presentation on the Investor Meet platform.

They elaborated on the positive first half results and I took away the following key points.

Due to operational efficiencies, they have increased the capacity of the phase 1 expansion from an anticipated $30m to $40m of revenue, which means they expect to push back their phase 2 expansion plans by 12 months from 2024 to end 2025 and the phase 2 expansion is expected to cost $3.6m to $3.8m.

They were asked about the revolving credit facility which they explained had been increased from $5m to $10m and extended out to 2028.

They explained that they don’t take that into account in their growth plans which they expect to fund from existing resources, but it makes sense to keep it.

They were also asked when they expected to be PBT positive, and they said for regulatory reasons they couldn’t guide on that in this forum but they did mention todays finnCap research note which they said could be accessed free of charge by registering with them.

I did that and the finnCap note shows an expected adjusted PBT for 2024 of £0.4m continuing the current growth trajectory and they have a target price of 120p

Anyone know why these were over £7.00 in 2019 v now - was there a cheap rights issue to dilute? TIA

CLNs have served me well in the past as a PI.
Keeps returns in the hands of the faithfull until a sale occurs.
Traders get to watch only.

Doubt they need to raise anyway.

Critical 18 months ahead where this can catch traction and surprise to the upside imho, dyor etc.
Look into valuations.

Regen med, an important place to be for next 10 years.

Still loss making and you can talk about CLN's however much you like but just a form of a raise that is costly or dilutive in the longer term.

Transfer of wealth from small shareholders to others.

BEWARE.

DYOR.

This is what the Uk does develop a world leading company with huge prospects addressing a much needed human problem then sells it to the yanks for peanuts The directors need to start buying shares to protect as they currently have very few

@tnt99
re: "takeover target" - the Chairman's statement on the interims appears to be "setting out the stall" saying:

"We have created a commercially focussed global regenerative medtech company in a high-growth sector focused on soft tissues and bone, with a multi-billion-dollar addressable market opportunity in the United States ('US') alone."

Could you share your workings supporting your suggestion of a potential 2024 profit of $8-10m and what % level of growth (compared to H1) would be required?

The balance sheet shows high inventory, trade debtors and intangibles - and constant reference to EBITDA might be a red flag for some.

Will be interesting to see whether the positive H1 results today move the share price at all.

With this sort of growth must become a takeover target now we should finally see a re rate to the share price Must be over 1.00 pound by ChristmasAnd the potential for a 8-10 million profit next year and an expected market cap over 100 millionThat's my thoughts It's been a long road though !!

Is that right - EBITA positive but that is different to posting a profit which I thought won’t happen until next year
But hopefully positive momentum and share re rate over the next 12 months
Management and workforce are doing a super job re building this company - hopefully bright future ahead
