To invest in increased production and China may require extra funds, and the consolidation might have in part been to make it easier to access extra funding at a discount to the current share price I guess impo but DYOR.

Unless I have Mia understood - china is a way off as regulatory approval still needed. I would imagine this will happen around the time they have to invest in increased production facilities
Great company - will continue to grow with hopefully maiden profit this year.
All about strong, pride t and professional management - we have that in spades so even without china this is a screaming buy - in my view only.

Volumes not bad but it is sliding as expected, and I expect the volumes to reduce as well now.

That seems to have gone well for me it all depends on if they make a profit this year which I believe they will then become a takeover target for smith and nephew etc

Did anyone make the AGM? I could not make it. If so would be good to get some feedback.
Good to see voter turnout 50pc plus but that of course reflects their strong shareholder register, including of course their largest shareholder Harwood.
I have not spent much time on this share over the last 18 months as I have not been inspired to buy or sell(I did a small top up last June) but will try and give it some attention over the next month.

I know the consolidation itself is controversial amongst some and all we can do is wait and see, but over 7 billion shares is frankly ridiculous IMO

It's hard to see TRX turning a profit in 2023, even at current sales revenue growth.

They wont get more funding to develop existing and new products/markets until they're turning a profit.

The longer that takes, the more vulnerable the company becomes to competitive rivals or substitute products.

The market knows this. Consolidation is a red herring.
