Just read the last RNS again and it just reassures you imho how more positive the company looks, with there new products and alliance's. With the company talking still of expansion this can only go forwards. Have a reed, may cheer everyone up in these trying times. GLA :)

"..strategic collaboration for white label manufacturing with a leading top 10 global healthcare company bringing to market a newly developed product line."

1 Any top 10 global healthcare company is going to make sure it has minimised the price per unit, therefore lets hope that TRX has left sufficient margin for themselves for this deal to be worthwhile longer term.

2 "Over the next two years, it is expected that the product will make a material contribution to the Group's top line revenue growth."
Why two years? - Is this the length of the deal, or will it take a while for the contract to become sufficiently profitable to "make a material contribution" to growth."?

3 "and due to operational efficiencies implemented, it is not expected that there will be any impact on the current processing levels of other product lines."
I think this may be a sign that CTS will or has taken over more soft tissue (Dermapure) processing, leaving sufficient TRX manpower to produce the new product. This allows: "due to operational efficiencies implemented, it is not expected that there will be any impact on the current processing levels of other product lines."

The specifics of the collaboration are meaningless in my view (and probably covered by non-disclosure agreements)

More interestingly, this RNS signposts that the funding woes are about to be resolved - due diligence by the 'global healthcare giant' would have been undertaken prior to this partnership ensuring TRX would still be solvent. Would not be surprised to learn of a strategic investment sooner or later, and possibly new credit facilities that are more flexible than MidCap's!

The company MUST get their share price up as it's a sitting duck to be bought up at this ridiculous low price.

I wouldn't mind seeing the company bought up later in a few years time, let's say at £5 a share would do me !!

The most important thing for me, a long term holder. Is the company will stay in business and hopefully be more profitable. In these present times you could not ask for better news. :)

Tissue Regenix Group plc

Tissue Regenix announces new collaboration with a leading global healthcare company and further distribution agreements

Deals underscore demand for Company's product portfolio

Leeds, 11 May 2020 - Tissue Regenix Group (AIM:TRX) ("Tissue Regenix" or the "Group" or "Company"), a leading regenerative medicine company, is pleased to announce that it has entered a new strategic collaboration for white label manufacturing with a leading top 10 global healthcare company bringing to market a newly developed product line.

The manufacturing agreement follows collaboration between the R&D teams of both companies to develop a new product using one of the Group's proprietary technology platforms to address orthopaedic soft tissue repairs. Processing for the product has begun, and initial orders have been received. Over the next two years, it is expected that the product will make a material contribution to the Group's top line revenue growth. This new product line is complimentary to the other soft tissue products processed at the San Antonio facility, and due to operational efficiencies implemented, it is not expected that there will be any impact on the current processing levels of other product lines.

In addition, during Q1 2020, the Group signed further distribution agreements with a number of selected partners to expand the market penetration of its AmnioWorks(R), Matrix OI(R), and DentalFix(R) brands in areas such as ocular, spinal, and dental, where there is increasing demand for the differentiated product lines. To minimise capacity constraints at the San Antonio facility, the recent distribution agreements target products and therapeutic areas which are complementary to current processing activities and diversify the Group's sales portfolio.

Gareth Jones, Interim CEO, Tissue Regenix Group plc, commented:

"I am delighted to confirm the launch of our first product from our latest strategic collaboration with a leading healthcare company. This exciting opportunity will allow Tissue Regenix to drive its commercial strategy forward and ensure the continued growth of the business with minimal impact to our existing strategic partners and customer base. Securing these important partnerships and distribution agreements underscore the differentiation of, and increasing market demand for, our products; providing further validation of the exciting growth potential for the business once we have completed the planned expansion of our processing capacity."

The person responsible for this announcement is Gareth Jones, Interim CEO.

Just looked at my "contract notes" of TRX shares and I am still holding shares bought just over 4 years ago @ 20.9375p (ouch), but have managed to average down to 2.2p over these past 4 years

Agree, I'm keeping faith. Plenty aren't judging by the drop - I thought these were good above a penny - really bargain now. As long as they sort funding of course.
