03/4/2020 18:26 | Entelon may I ask your credentials? You are very well informed. Thank you in advance of your reply. | chinadog3
03/4/2020 18:08 | Stoneme, Monster500 and Chinadog3- Thanks for your encouraging comments. Stoneme- To answer your question about major shareholders: from Tissue Regenix official website, Investors with over 3%: Link Group--------------- IP Group--------------- Jupiter Inv. Management Hold.- 8.51% Directors----------- Link Fund Solutions took over the main part of the Woodford Investment Management holding, but, interestingly, not all of it. On October 15th, 2019, Woodford reduced from 22.16% to less than 5%; simultaneously, Link went from zero to 19.98%. Thus, it would appear that Woodford still owns 2.18% of the Company. We have heard down the grapevine that Woodford may be seeking funding of the order of £500M to recommence an investment programme. Is it possible that he would be eyeing up some of the very worthy Companies with bombed out share prices like TRX? Sadly, both Invesco and Baillie Gifford sold down their holdings in November, 2019, largely, we presume, because they wanted to distance themselves from the Woodford debacle. I, like you guys, am holding firm for the long haul. Jonathan Glenn comes with an impressive history. His management skills and quality contacts could make all the difference here. Purely my opinion, so please DYOR. Good luck everybody ! | enteleon
03/4/2020 16:50 | Well the order of the day on Monday will be to get some cash into a new tax year ISA and Buy a nice size chunk here before "lift off" GLA for next week | channel pirate
03/4/2020 16:50 | Strong close. Bring on Monday | chinadog3
03/4/2020 11:51 | Where you see from where the share price was 6 months ago. The share price now is far to cheep. I'm in this for the long term, so it's a case of riding out the present financial storm from you know what. More positives than negatives here for me. It's a case of do you believe what the RNS are telling you? I DO :) GLA | monster500
03/4/2020 11:20 | I agree. For me this is an excellent long term play.I am just pointing out the recent price action makes no sense. Even if they raised at a heavy dilution, those buying below 1p are going to be very satisfied in a relatively short period of time. | stoneme
03/4/2020 11:12 | Stoneme. I hope not.. Too much potential here for such a price | chinadog3
03/4/2020 11:05 | I think if the previous Chair was considering taking the business private, he would do well to get it for 1-2p with additional funding from Private Equity. Does anyone have the major shareholder list to hand. Who needs to fold to allow such a deal? | stoneme
03/4/2020 11:01 | Let's reflect. Their product continues to receive high demand, higher than capacity. They are making encouraging progress for future funding.Their facilities remain fully operational. Why the recent drop? All the earlier risks were already baked in to the share price. The terms of the funding , and operational update in terms of production are the two updates we need to establish whether we are looking at this through rose tinted glasses, or this is multiple bagger from here. 03/4/2020 10:17 | Big move up today. Have we more news? | monster500

30/3/2020 10:50 | I have decided to take my losses on the chin. As I am a new boy here and did not have all that much the losses are manageable. Great that San Antonio working and they have no problems finding buyers and that the runway has been extended from the end of March as it was a few months ago to the middle of May. That said, the situation in the US seems to be deteriorating quickly and one has to ask oneself what the position will be in a month from now. My greater concern is that they need to raise approx £5m ie US$6m to cover cash flow deficits and put them on a decent financial footing, That would mean doubling the shares in issue. The situation is not helped by their weak shareholder base, the weak sterling against the dollar and the fact that it may well be that Midcap( of whom I know nothing) will presumably take no prisoners in defending their position. | cerrito
30/3/2020 08:27 | In the company statement today.San Antonio facility remains fully operational with no material impact on processing!!! (positive ) They have extended from April to the middle of May their concerns about working capital ( positive). They have more demand for there product. (Positive). Looks like a move in the right direction :) | monster500
30/3/2020 08:22 | Would be great to see a strategic partner purchasing the (ex) Woodford stake | tvh123
30/3/2020 07:55 | This is coming across as it is being worked to "an agenda". Shareholders get nothing and the company is sold off to the likes of a private equity group for peanuts, and the top brass here get a big thankyou. Maybe I am not awake properly, but does not sound so good for the shareholders. Let's hope I am entirely wrong. | channel pirate
30/3/2020 07:38 | discussions .. near term future.. no mention of Government funding...promising methinks | chinadog3
29/3/2020 22:30 | What price will the placing be 0.25? | fatgreek
25/3/2020 21:03 | any alternative funding anyone? | chinadog3 |
