First come, first served as far as I understand.I think you will get all you subscribed for as they would have closed early otherwise

I wouldn't blame yourself HouseMartin. What is scandalous is that the BOD can buy shares in June after the EGM and FY2019 results published.Very impressive support from IP Group shows ongoing confidence in the business potential, but what an awful way to go about a fund raising.

Another case of the market screwing existing shareholders. It’s all too common.

How is it possible for a company with market cap of £11m to raise an amount of cash in excess of the market value of the company itself? One can only assume that those participating in this placing must be aware of corporate development down the line to stump up such a large cash injection into TRX

Well as someone who did not check RNS's from market close to 9pm, I am not best pleased - but thats' my fault entirely. First time I have not checked RNS's post close by 7pm for ages. Typical !

If it drops to 0.1 I’ll be adding a lot, is now going to ha e to be one to tuck away from a few years.

I do feel sorry for those piling in after the manufacturing RNS.

This is corporately very irresponsible of thoard. They should never have signed up for this package

Whilst I am happy to be able to get shares through PrimaryBid on a 'first come, first served' basis, existing retail investors should be questioning why the placing wasn't extended to an open offer for shareholders.SCE did that recently, the OO was 500% oversubscribed and they worked hard to accommodate as much of that excess too.Stifel should be shot for the way this has been arranged.

I can understand your frustration and think your anger justified, lazygun. This placing has taken time to organise and you can ignore the guff about a book build as all the participants will have been already lined up.Truth is that the price was settled at before 11 May when it was a smaller discount, but they only had enough takers after the RNS.

100% this will sink to below 0.25, but maybe take a few days to get there. Will they get the full £12 million away? If not it will head even further south.

Several points:
* NXC- I have always valued your input on this and other BBs. I do agree that the manner in which this cash-call has been conducted is deeply regrettable.
* Longshanks- Yes, a share consolidation at some point is not without merit. It is interesting to note that the now very exuberant Avacta (AVCT) consolidated their 6.7 Billion shares in a 100-into-1 in January, 2016, rendering approx 67 M shares. Since then, of course, they have conducted several cash-calls, with approx 208 M shares in issue at present.
* I believe that Xeros (XSG) conducted a large cash-call at a very substantial discount (?80%) and they have not fared too badly since.
* I believe that Link Fund Solutions still holds 20% of TRX as a legacy from Woodford. This dilution will surely hurt the Woodford legatees very badly, unless Link Fund subscribe.
* TRX is cash generative and I hope that Jonathan Glenn's talents can pull this business round.
* I believe that US bio-tech investors have now awoken to the potential of certain vastly undervalued British-quoted bio-tech companies. TRX's footprint in the US is surely an advantage here.

All the above is purely personal opinion. I remain, and will remain, a LTH. I desperately wish for good luck for all. Please stay safe and well.

So we need this cash injection to facilitate investments and developments that create at least a 4 fold increase in the value of the business (using closing price) just to stand still.Solving the near term working capital requirement, set against the suppressed share price, could arguably double the value. So we need a 2.5 times increase from there. Not out of reach, but of course this is no longer a ten bagger - if it ever was then it is still potentially a 2 bagger though !

But the capital is being split with 1 .1p and one 0.4p deferred share for each share held. This is because shares cannot be allocated under the nominal price.

This will happen around 10th June as agm needed. So buying now you are held in for 3 weeks, while the market digests the news.

I don't own the shares but looked hard at this. Will watch from the sidelines, mainly because of the share split (although I may be misinterpreting the information)

I got some on primary but this is absolutely a rip-off for all existing investors including me
At the end it seems a straight choose sell your shares and cut your loss or buy more at this price and hope to be cash generative before runout again
For me I ordered 4 times what I had but last time I deep the hand in my pocket again on this one
Good luck you all

It's no normal placing either. Massive offer to retail investors at 0.25p means the share price will just head there tomorrow anyway. You're kidding if you think you are buying at some special super discount.
