If they subscribed at over the prevailing price, then that would be hugely encouraging. Buying at a huge discount is hardly that. I think we have a great future but this is a massive set back - another one for the bottom drawer I fear.

Well, behind closed doors, that'll stiffle any awkward questions - should make a live broadcast of the meeting available to all shareholder's !

When the RNS states that the Directors are going in for £620,000 worth of shares in a 76% discounted placing, you do not need to be Einstein to work out that prospects for the share price are probably better than neutral...

Delighted to be a shareholder in this for the first time

Braveheart - that takes me back. They are as good a reason as any for me to take this nom de guerre.

Braveheart in 2008 made a brazen raid to try and acquire Angle in a hostile takeover. I did my bit to help quash that attempt and am happy to say it paid off handsomely.

For old time sake - I wish them dead.

good way to double down by the sound of it Justaman. Why buy fumes when you can buy into a fully funded manufacturer with exceptional IP.

I am sure that many share your feelings jovi1.

The company was between a rock and a hard place on financing the next stage of growth; Hardman themselves put it as being in a Catch-22 position.

I think the fundraising was handled appallingly, but am pleased to be a beneficiary as I can see plenty of value in the IP.

Not many companies have this kind of market cap, with this kind of position in medical tech. They have FDA approval and are manufacturing. They have had an R&D program with a top 10 healthcare company that is now also progressing to manufacturing and will materially add to revenue in the next two years.

Quite frankly - I can see plenty of reasons to buy and probably will add in the months ahead.

Agree with you guys - I am a LTH who still holds shares bought just under 21p and as you can understand - I ain't a happy chappie.

I didn't have any liquid funds in my current account to take part in this very secretive deception, as don't forget, the BOD have been saying that they were in discussions with interested investors and it was progressing well.

I would like to see top brass hung by their "spheres"

Yes. . But also they needed to. If they now have the funds to deliver on the strategy they have previously set out , the new shares were a bargain.Regret not selling what I had, but will own 4 x at an OK average . . LTHs I feel sorry for - no reward for those who have stuck with the company. There was a better way to reward those who held at the time of the fund raising so as to ensure they felt looked after.

Whats the placing price 0.25p, 4.8 bn shares for 12m quid. Massive cash call at very bad price what they playing at stinging investors. Terrible.

As a business fully funded for the next 18 months, this is now not a time to sell. If anything it is now cheap and undervalued as these funds should see it through to EBITDA positive territory, notwithstanding the revenue due to come from the new manufacturing agreement with a top 10 healthcare company.
