The Stig- Could well be, as he didn't do the share price any good when he announced :

"The Company continues to experience significant constraints on its working capital however the Board believes that the available cash runway will continue to support the working capital requirement of the Company until the end of April 2020. As a result of this, as previously announced, the Board is seeking to secure alternative funding in the near future which may or may not be forthcoming."

Anyway, the Market looks to have liked today's RNS announcement, so let's hope we have now "turned that corner" and we get a bit more upward momentum when the new funding arrangements are announced soon !!

Or terms of new money required a change of approach which he was unwilling to sign up to . There are multiple reasons. Mostly positive IMO.

How is alternative funding going, and are tranches 2&3 of the existing facility still available in any event?

Has the newly leased building adjacent to the existing facility been refitted yet?

The future here looks bright and the share price way too low but how about an update?

I think Rights Issues are both too costly and too much hassle I understand, though I too would prefer that.
By disposal do you mean the sale of the whole business ? I can't think there is any severable part

They do need to get funding sorted one way or another. Disposal/Divestment route now seems too late. Leaves Rights Issue or Placing or Placing&Open Offer.

Also probably too late for Rights Issue which was my preferred option.

Trading Update any day now to be accompanied by a placing and open offer (but probably just a placing) do you reckon ?
I assume the cyber attack was our Asian friends getting hold of the proprietary secrets ?

I don't think they've started yet. Could be that they won't. Perhaps what's holding us back is the pending forward finance arrangement. Once confirmed, if satisfactory, this will hopefully take off.
