The market already knew the company still had to arrange new finance before today's RNS. Today's announcement reiterated this but added a positive trading update with it as well. The Chairman stating below..."we remain confident in our ability to reach profitability once our new facility becomes available"

John Samuel, Executive Chairman, commented: "During 2019, the Company has faced various operational challenges. However, we have increased utilisation and throughput of our US facility to meet the expected increase in demand for our products. Through both organic growth and collaboration with strategic partners, we remain confident in our ability to reach profitability, once our new facility becomes available."

I don't think the Chairman is making this statement expecting the company to cease trading in the next 3/4 months.

Well I’ve loaded up, this is a fantastic buying opportunity. TRX has been forced down to these ridiculous share price levels. This will be over 100m market cap once again...patience is key and will be rewarded.
