Thomas Cook: Fosun see problemsThe acquisition of a majority stake in the tourism group Thomas Cook is running up against obstacles, Qian Jinnong, Chairman of the Fosun Tourism Group, told a Japanese financial daily yesterday. He saw it as a possibility that Fosun would not take part in the restructuring of Thomas Cook. 75 percent of the investors would have to approve that deal at the Annual General Meeting, but many of them are angry because their shares would become almost worthless due to the planned restructuring of debt into a participation and the capital increase.

Erm , my bed is my morning office - and what's wrong with that !
Sitting up nicely though with lap top on ...erm .. may lap , and endless cups of coffee brought by the lovely Mrs Mallorca.

Usually knock off at about 9.30am for a well earned nap.

I was a strong supporter of Mall .. His credibility has been crushed ..Another bedroom investor keen to knock those who gave lost in the TCG fiasco ...Not a pleasant human being .. Someone who clearly derives pleasure from others pain .. A pretty dire excuse of humanity.. I suspect we have a very disturbed individual who has very likely list touch with reality.

Agreed Hippo, as time goes on chances diminish.. Bail outs have to happen quickly to stop collapse... Events are usually way down the line by the time management start to do the right thing.. It was a complete mess 6 months ago and deteriorating by the month.. I think its gone to far. Buying off the administrators makes more sense even with 18%..
