Not sure i fully understand the numbers?

450m of new cash going in via Fosun.

450m of new cash from bond holders and banks.

Are ALL debts being written off? In return the banks get 75% of the Airline lets say DEBT free thats worth 750m and 25% of the holiday co DEBT free? lets say thats worth 250m

So they have 562 plus 62.5m = 625m but they are putting in 450m ( More)

Fosun will have 75% of 250m so 185m plus 25% of 750m 187m total 372m.


So my valuations must be too low ( especially for travel co )

Nothing in here for current holders and current 100m market cap.

If we double the valuation of travel company to 500m ( remember its still making a loss) and is it worth half the value of DART group that makes 200m a year?

It just does not stack up to me.
