It may well be dead but as you well know lots will want their profits in the bank and market Makers will keep moving it every which way they chose to create anxiety amongst holders and shorters alike. It's never over till the fat lady sings as they say. Why else has the short position changed by 2% in short order

Whatsthepoint. Shorts have access to almost exactly the mount of shares they need if Invesco are getting out completely. No net benefit to share price. Any Views?

Was that the last shake before shorters start to close and take profits they have to be careful not to create a stampede. There won't be a lot of liquidity at these prices will get very volatile both ways. Always get big movements at the death like this

Well I still think many many of these very big shorts will not wait they will be happy to put profit in the bank as is evident on the reduction in shorts from 10.2 to 8.2 recently.

they have already announced what is going to happen so I'm not sure what you guy's are hoping for ?

Some longs are buying to average down. That of course is only making the eventual loss worse.

It will be suspended over the coming week or so, and will likely reopen at the diluted sp, which I think will be around 1p.

If longs here see a long term recovery then there is the option to sell now and buy back in at the diluted price , eg 1p.

I predict that this will be suspended sometime in the next week and will reopen after the restructure deal is announced - at an share price of under 1p.
