sorry to hear of your loss but well done on hitting the sell button (not easy).

It may be that they continue to trade through the dilution without a suspension.

You will get an RNS advising of the details of the restructure. This will give the value of the new shares created (sp) and there may be an offer for current shareholders to buy new shares at a beneficial rate.
This RNS will give an 'effective date' for the new shares to hit the market.

The existing share price will then adjust accordingly.

They may choose to suspend the shares pending the RNS announcement , and then re open once the announcement is made.

Either way, the answer to your question is YES.

You will be able to buy after dilution at the new price , if you wish to.

Bagpuss. Good call at 6.7p. Who knows what will happen, sit on the sidelines and wait and see. If a dilution does occur (best case scenario) they should start trading again. But think of it as a new company and forget what's gone before in terms of share price aspirations. It may even be taken private and shareholders bought out for less than 1p. Or even administration. If only we knew for sure, but the evidence so far points to a very unhappy ending for current shareholders.

Serious question ...BTW I got out at 6.7 and lost quite a sum..So there is a reason for the question.Once they're diluted do they automatically start trading again?

Dawny. I have no shares, spread bets or anything else in TCG any longer. If you took the time to read the thread you will see that that I sold on Friday at 9.5p at a very small loss as there was only one way this was heading after Friday’s announcement. I’ve so far been proven correct. What have you proven that’s been correct since then? By all means do what you need to do and if you lose your remaining money then so be it, not my concern, I really couldn’t care less. If the share price rockets to 10p again, then well done you. But please do not try and guess (incorrectly) as to my motives, you just make yourself look silly and desperate.

They have announced that the share price is about to be significantly diluted - don't you get it.

Once the details are announced then the share price will fall to the diluted level ...circa 0p to 1p.


You might want to consider selling at 5p and buying back at 1p though !!

Share price under pressure again.

Great though for our worried longs that there is still the opportunity to get out with something.

That opportunity wont last much longer - expect suspension before end of next week.

As for trading don’t worry I won’t loose no matter what because I already cashed in lots of shares at £1.80 that I only paid 10p for so I can never loose now!!! Didn’t really see any manners or professionalism in her last message. In fact, the grammar was very poor, which is not commensurate with the professionalism that you mention. And as for ‘investor̵7;, hmmmm...7 years in a share and following it to an all time low of 5p when it had nearly breached 200p during that time. Grow up!!!
