Bloomberg just reported that compared to the same week last year bookings are down 70%. Hardly surprising given the news, would you book with them today?

Market knew the situation we are in and even so was 23p the main reason it dropped was because of the analyst saying its worthless, should get back to 20-25p with ease

Castleford Tiger,

200million is the lower end of valuation. The board are now under pressure to bring the matter to conclusion and if I am correct , we should hear by end of next week. Sources suggest the Virgin bid is likely to progress.

Castle i get you but they need to sell it to get the £300 bank facility so not in a strong bargaining position if they sell for 200-300 they will get the £300m facility so thats £500m

The 2 trades you have been seeing are worked buy trades. some suggested big sells, yes there were some big sells but if you had access to level 2 and the order book, you would have known few big buys were being worked on.

Yes i also believe it will settle at 20p but we are due news on the nordic card payment issue . We have been here before years ago and survived, we are not in the news today so hopefully we can breach 15, 16p today

If they sell it for 200m they all want shooting!

I think anything below 500m would be catastrophic.

The slots in Europe have value.

The key here that nobody is addressing is how you stop it loosing money?

They need 500m to totally re structure starting with closing ALL the shops

aladin,

TCG has always been a solid business and does have the full support of its lenders and banks. My opinion is it will settle 15-20p trading range before further updates are required to progress it.

Remember , TCG is not an AIM listed company and the fall was way over done. Investors like myself find events like these very rare and its considered as a Golden chance to buy a share for some decent gains. Normally I always hedge my positions and on this occasion the share price went soo low, a short position wasn't warranted.

Also remember these Analysts are people that also want to make money . I was in JP Morgan for years and know the inside outs. I wouldn't be surprised if the Chinese have managed to get a controlling stake in this company with the help of thae Analyst update.

Oilisgold well if they sell for £200 they will be able to get the £300m bank dacility so thats £500m which will cover loan repayments and allow then to expand rapidly!
