just another press article.

You should always just rely on what the company says.

1. Expanding the hotel business with 20 new hotels this year.
2. Its business as usual.
3. We have bids for the airline and are considering them all.
4. We are NOT going into administration.
5. We have a further £300m of funding (should we need it).
6. We are NOT going bust.

Everything else is just noise and press speculation. The press love a gloomy story.

If the company goes bust or into admin imagine the questions after the above 'quotes' from management.

No way is that happening. The airline will be sold and the business will grow again. The share price will head back up to £1 imo.

From the last results :

Good progress on executing strategy of differentiation

-- Group NPS improvement led by Hotels (+6 points), Tour Operator (+2 points) and Airlines (+2 points)

-- Opened 12 own-brand hotels, including four Cook's Clubs and one Casa Cook

-- Expanded presence outside Europe: agreed joint venture in Russia and pipeline of new hotels in China

Strategic review of airline progressing; agreed term sheet for new facility

-- Multiple bids received for all and part of Group Airline
-- GBP300 million bank facility to provide additional liquidity for Winter 2019/20 season

Interesting, why was I PM last week by a poster who I have never seen on the TCG PBB asking what I thought the value of the business would be worth, very strange, also never had a reply

According to last week’s half-year results, “multiple bids” have been received for the airline, but I think this is unlikely.

According to Richard Head of fool, he reckons PF is a liar, by saying there are no bids.
