American
9 billion or revenue and over 2 billion of debt
Tcg cannot make a profit with the debt levels and costs in running the business.
If they wanted to help they should buy the airline.
In simple terms someone explain how this can make a profit after interest payments.
Trading the shares is just speculation not a long term hold.
If they were not mopping up these shares the price would be sub 20 p
All this talk of bids ??? Who is going to be able to turn this round?
Let it go and cherry pick best bits

Steadily increasing their holding with a view to making a formal bid; they know value when they see it.

Get as many as he can in the open market then pounce. Maybe he wants the airline as well and this may accelerate his buying. He ain't buying these for fun though that much is certain.

It wouldnt surprise me at all to see Fosun make a bid for TCG.

A good way to grab £9b of revenue on the cheap whilst TCG are struggling.

You make a statement and end with a ? which means you haven't the slightest clue what you are talking about.

Try telling that to Fosun who have just increased their % holding in TCG. (from 15% upto 16%)

once 27.7p breaks this is going lower. US markets overbought expect US pull back and drag us down too.

Nice little dip to buy there.

Surely this has to rise with the wave of bullish sentiment on the FTSE today.

Best ignore the noise and trade on these pull backs, all reasonably profitable.
