Interest rates going up and that's why he won't buy a house builder ahahaha. So you were a house broker...not the smartest bunch. If you think interest rates will be going up to affect a housebuilder then you should be even more scared about THG dude. This is going to 50 by the looks of it. I must say, I thought it is a reasonable chance it will happen but was hoping it won't although I did say this tanks when SB confirm the obvious.

Anyway, you buy what you believe will deliver. I believe PSN is better than THG at the moment. Anyway, billionarebob laughing at some of us for NOT having a position in THG - you can't make this up. Meanwhile hes holding onto loses and we can buy his position any time at 70% off!

You have led many on here into investing in this and they are watching a slow motion car crash, with many nursing 50% LOSSES. This now needs to go up by 55% to get back to a £1. Really. He gives you a persimmon. A house builder which is cyclical. Sure why don’t you just say the banks and miners BLDM. I’m sure you mean well but interest rates about to go through the roof and you wonder why persimmon is going down you clown. This is by someone who made millions and millions before and after the crash in property and who sold hundreds of Taylor whimpy property to investors from NI in England. Oh those were the days. 10k commission per hit. However if you think persimmon is a slam dunk you need your head looked at. Sure how low can it go BLDM. You keep buying. Sound familiar ? I’m buying THG from 1.25, we are a growth business. You don’t get it cause your prob an accountant. If I listened to accountants I’d be broke. They can only tell you retrospectively and are always Uber cautious. Matt monitors his business on his phone. He sees the metrics and I believe what he sees fhe future will be with ingenuity. You muppets can’t see pass anything until it’s real. I wouldn’t have bought at 500 but at 1 quid and below its a steal. Did Matt sack you BLDM? Did he slight you some time?

Mrsimmons - yup, PSN is excellent value, the fall is IMHO nonsense but hey, come to papa. Loaded up on shares around 1900 then bought a lot more around 1750. I would love for this to fall further but I don't see it going south of 1500. Great div, no debt, huge margin, strong book, things looking good. I'd say the pandemic made them even stronger and is a great investment. The biggest problem with it is the sterling which will not have a fun time next few years IMHO but if you live in the UK, it's less important. I can give you 100 of these. The market is full of opportunities...if you haven't blown your cash on THG that is.

I'm asking questions which all investors should, to make for a compelling investment Bob but those answers don't seem to be forthcoming or is it just through blatant avoidance by sentimental investors buddy?
