26/7/2022 15:23 | Interest rates going up and that's why he won't buy a house builder ahahaha. So you were a house broker...not the smartest bunch. If you think interest rates will be going up to affect a housebuilder then you should be even more scared about THG dude. This is going to 50 by the looks of it. I must say, I thought it is a reasonable chance it will happen but was hoping it won't although I did say this tanks when SB confirm the obvious. Anyway, you buy what you believe will deliver. I believe PSN is better than THG at the moment. Anyway, billionarebob laughing at some of us for NOT having a position in THG - you can't make this up. Meanwhile hes holding onto loses and we can buy his position any time at 70% off! | bldm
26/7/2022 15:21 | Toasny you need to stop. You are a gambler pal. Your investment strategy is that of a gambler. You have led many on here into investing in this and they are watching a slow motion car crash, with many nursing 50% LOSSES. This now needs to go up by 55% to get back to a £1. Stop the ramping and for Gods sake stop talking about x10 multi bagging. You are sounding unhinged. | ![]() mrsimmons
26/7/2022 15:18 | As far as i knew Simmons the race is still under way. Place your bets. | ![]() toastyakatoansy
26/7/2022 15:16 | Toasny - Still ramping away as usual. You are like the broke guy in the betting shop - "THE NEXT HORSE IS A DEAD CERT- TRUST ME GUYS!!" You need to stop in all seriousness. All this talk of multi bagger etc is delusional talk and makes you sound slightly unhinged. There are, unfortunately people who listen to you on this board and they are now nursing 50% losses. You should think about that before you post nonsense such as this is a multi bagger when you know full well the HOUSE BROKER has a £1 cap on this hound. | ![]() mrsimmons

26/7/2022 14:59 | I believe that you don't have any THG shares :) Taxi | ![]() billionarebob
26/7/2022 14:56 | Look if that's what you are led to believe than that's your prerogative Bob but either you're avoiding for whatever reason or you're just not understanding how bleak THGs position remains in future... And Sanks that maybe but I'll be sure to be showing you a trick or two in future my dear friend! | ![]() one_frankel
26/7/2022 14:52 | Taxi for No Shares Frankie :) | ![]() billionarebob

26/7/2022 14:37 | Really. He gives you a persimmon. A house builder which is cyclical. Sure why don’t you just say the banks and miners BLDM. I’m sure you mean well but interest rates about to go through the roof and you wonder why persimmon is going down you clown. This is by someone who made millions and millions before and after the crash in property and who sold hundreds of Taylor whimpy property to investors from NI in England. Oh those were the days. 10k commission per hit. However if you think persimmon is a slam dunk you need your head looked at. Sure how low can it go BLDM. You keep buying. Sound familiar ? I’m buying THG from 1.25, we are a growth business. You don’t get it cause your prob an accountant. If I listened to accountants I’d be broke. They can only tell you retrospectively and are always Uber cautious. Matt monitors his business on his phone. He sees the metrics and I believe what he sees fhe future will be with ingenuity. You muppets can’t see pass anything until it’s real. I wouldn’t have bought at 500 but at 1 quid and below its a steal. Did Matt sack you BLDM? Did he slight you some time? BLDM get yourself a ftse tracker would you ya clown. | ![]() toastyakatoansy
26/7/2022 14:27 | Billionarebob you should run for PM. You make as much sense as Boris. Hey, maybe it's Boris - instead of running the country he's here lying to people... again. Mrsimmons - yup, PSN is excellent value, the fall is IMHO nonsense but hey, come to papa. Loaded up on shares around 1900 then bought a lot more around 1750. I would love for this to fall further but I don't see it going south of 1500. Great div, no debt, huge margin, strong book, things looking good. I'd say the pandemic made them even stronger and is a great investment. The biggest problem with it is the sterling which will not have a fun time next few years IMHO but if you live in the UK, it's less important. I can give you 100 of these. The market is full of opportunities...if you haven't blown your cash on THG that is. | bldm
26/7/2022 14:09 | Frankel you have lost all credibility maybe it's time to move on. Taxi for Frankie :) | ![]() billionarebob
26/7/2022 14:03 | Bob, while you continue with all your hoopla, the share price continues to make further inroads with THGs rather precarious position buddy! | ![]() one_frankel
26/7/2022 13:59 | Here's another one: No Shares Frankel said to me: You really shouldn't be partaking in any form of investing period. Bit like yourself sir hahahha Frankel comedy genius he is here all week and every hour of every day. Thanks for making me smile :) | ![]() billionarebob
26/7/2022 13:58 | I'm asking questions which all investors should, to make for a compelling investment Bob but those answers don't seem to be forthcoming or is it just through blatant avoidance by sentimental investors buddy? | ![]() one_frankel |
