How about this one from May 2022

Ingenuity priced at zero - honestly you couldn't make it up :)

Below extract from the grocer.co.uk
www.thegrocer.co.uk/technology-and-supply-chain/can-thg-ingenuity-fend-off-amazon-and-wpps-new-e-commerce-services/667029.article

THG Ingenuity has seen solid growth over 2021, but faces new competition

THG, formerly known as The Hut Group, was buoyant about its end-to-end e-commerce business THG Ingenuity earlier this month, boasting some solid growth figures. While Ingenuity remains small compared with THG’s Beauty and Nutrition divisions, it nevertheless drew £194m in sales in 2021 – growth of more than 50% over the past two years.

The DTC ‘business in a box’ – which for some of its clients involves everything from consumer apps to advertising content, international warehousing and last-mile delivery

Undoubtedly, WPP Everymile brings “more competition” to Ingenuity, says e-commerce expert Miya Knights.

They may be “coming at the same proposition from different core areas of expertise – THG an online retailer, and WPP is agency,” she adds. But WPP’s marketing expertise could prove key to e-commerce success. Of potential Everymile targets, WPP says it is likely to have “helped the target audience to find that website” already. Not to mention WPP’s impressive client list – featuring Coca-Cola, Unilever, L’Oréal and Sainsbury’s, and “one in two of the world’s top 100 brands” it says.

“We’re not disclosing details on specific clients just yet,” Everymile CEO Mark Steel told The Grocer, but it’s “had lots of interest”.
Infrastructure

WPP’s comparative weakness, however, is its lack of fulfilment infrastructure. THG through 2021 added six new warehouses to its network globally, taking the total to 18.

“We are unique at the moment as an e-commerce business in that we’ve got substantial surplus capacity in fulfilment,” THG CFO John Gallemore told investors last week.

It has more than 200 last-mile courier players in its system. WPP, by comparison, will “partner with logistics companies to provide the warehouses and delivery of products” it tells The Grocer. THG also has a strategic partnership with Ocado’s robotic grid rival AutoStore – automation tech that can’t be quickly rolled out.

I like this bit:

An article from April 2022 is not relevant now Bob, as the markets have come a long way if you hadn't already realised and if Moulding ever provides that 'Granular' information for Ingenuity, any willing party such as WPP will soon realise its just a mediocre business that isn't even sustainable in future and will pay pittance for its underlying technology!

...But compelling for an investor even at these 'Supposedly' lowly valuations, right Bob!

No surprise re SoftBank. Another Simmons prediction a year ago which has now materialised. There were some on here and on lse who were adamant SoftBank would exercise. No renegotiation as well with a new price. SoftBank not interested at all. Just like the bidders from a month ago. Okay they didn’t want to pay 1.70 but didn’t even make an offer for say a quid. It’s all very telling.

September TU sounds like it will be a STINKER.

One Frankel how much do you think WPP would pay for Ingenuity now that the 1 billion pounds have been invested?

The market currently values it at zero

"In light of global macroeconomic conditions the O&C Agreement has been terminated by mutual agreement among the parties with immediate effect"

...But do you see how those significant shareholders are now realising how disconcerting situations are becoming for THGs sustainability in future and there's absolutely nothing Moulding can do about it but at least the market knows him for who he unfortunately is...That being a du_mb pretentious chav right Paddy!

You'll soon see how Ingenuity is just 'Snake Oil' Bob!

...And its all been argued hundreds of times before hey Paddy, yet here we are in the market which still struggles to answer those all important questions!

...But what a 'Mug' you are alongside those other resident 'Fantasists', hehe!

No actually I joined and was very bullish on THG. Then things came out, investor day, results etc and I re-evaluated. You should try it too. THG is not religion although it seems it is for you. The reason you are wrong is not because you were on the wrong side of the trade (although this too). You are wrong because you are making arguments about THG being almost certainly undervalued when THG is a business that loses money and whose future is a massive gamble. Even the idea is not proven yet. This is not a value stock which has existed for 50 years and has crashed for no reason. At best, you can argue that you'd like to gamble but it is a gamble and you cannot argue about "certain" profit like you do. At the current rate of inflation, this needs to grow 10% per year just to preserve value. Meanwhile it's falling 10% per month. If you're so certain, sell your house, take a loan, put it all in THG and leave us (the ones who are not that certain) to discuss the stock.

THG Ingenutiy extract from Jan 2022 webcast:
-----
The Position then with Ingenuity Commerce the annual growth rate was 135% we delivered over 15 million revenue in the quarter which was over 30% higher than our previous record quarter.
In terms of the key stats that we would pull out, we increase the number of live websites to 187, which is a 100 up in the year.
The recurring revenue per website increased to £240,000 pounds, the recurring revenue mix was at 72%, now our new revenue run rate has increased to 61 million.
Now those stats reflect how successful J&V growth was with our clients in the quarter.
In addition, although we don't mention anything specifically ourselves, you may have picked out the Matalan press release. Where will be working with them on their digital revolution?
I would put a substantial amount of work into winning substantial clients like that, although none of the revenue on that account will be recognised in this year. That will start to kick in quarter one, along with other substantial wins that we have got.
And I remind everyone in terms of guidance for 2022 of 108 to 112 million, that's predicated on launching 400 and taking a number of client solutions to 400 from the 109 that we have got at the moment.
Which is 85% of those contracts that are already contracted with us. It assumes a recurring revenue per website of £170,000 pounds and a recurring revenue mix of 60% so it doesn't include any of the new business that we currently can win, have won, and expect to win later in the year.
We are super confident on the numbers for 2022 and very proud of the growth that we've delivered in the success of working with our clients in 2021.

They are smashing it!!! and this part of the business, Ingenuity, is currently priced at ZERO!!
